Guys I have a personal modpack that i decided to add AllTheModium in it (it required also AllTheOres and GeckoLib4) but after installing the mod every block like ores or netherrack became with no mining tool (like when you mine a diamond with stone pick so it doesn't drop) every item became toolless and unobtainable after mining, when i disabled allthemodium with its dependencies everything seemed to work fine, does anyone know the reason for this weird behavior and how can i fix it

My ex best friend from kindergarten tried to contact my mother earlier this morning after close to two years of having no contact with her. I do not want to speak to her and I have cut off all communication in mid 2023. She did something similar to me when we were in high school close to 15 years ago when she cut me off from her social groups and basically deserted me. I’m not doing this as a revenge but it’s more of a compilation of a lot a lot of things that have occurred in our life. I’ve noticed how narcissistic she is and how selfish and just someone who doesn’t root for me at all on top of so many other things that she has done to me. However, I just don’t want her to keep contacting me I thought I made that clear with blocking her and not responding to her other friends text when they text me. Should I just have my mother block the number as well?

2025.01.23 14:45 LosEspejismos Need advice on flying to Mexico on infamous budget flights like Viva, Volaris or Frontier
I've never flown before and will be flying solo to Puerto Vallarta in a few weeks. Very scary, I know. And yes, I've read the horror stories and reviews. I know you get what you pay for, but I cannot spend over twice the amount on a ticket to fly with a more reputable airline like American. I'm only carrying a backpack/personal item, so as far as I know I don't need any upgrades or worry about luggage issues. But I could be wrong. I do not care about seat choice, comfort, entertainment, food/drinks or any of that, I just wish to make it to my destination. I know these flights are infamous for delays and cancelations...that latter being my main concern. When it comes to cancelations, I've no idea how that's handled. Would they have just have me wait for another flight, or would I be screwed, refused a refund and be stuck in Mexico?
As for my departure, I want to arrive at least 4 hours early to the airport because I know they overbook and run out of seats or will say that to try to upcharge. What I'd like to avoid most is being told I can't get on the plane. Is there anything else I need to watch out for specifically in my situation? Are there any of the cheaper upgrades that would be wise to take if they offer more ease if something goes wrong? I'm hoping since it's just me, a backpack and low expectations that it won't be as bad of an experience as many have had. I am also intermediate in Spanish, which I feel I should mention as I've read about peoples struggle with the language barrier. I'd greatly appreciate any tips, especially from those who are used to flying and handling these sketchy airlines.

I’m genuinely curious about this. Why are some Iranians so obsessed with the idea of monarchy, especially when the concept itself is undemocratic, not based on meritocracy, and burdens the average citizen financially? The cost of maintaining a monarchy would fall on the shoulders of Iranians who are already struggling to make ends meet. Beyond that, monarchy feels irrelevant and outdated in modern governance.
I can understand why countries like the UK, which has been under monarchy for nearly 1,000 years, might want to preserve their system for historical and cultural reasons. But Iran? We’ve really only had one notable monarch who is remembered for doing somewhat good (and even that is heavily debated). Reverting to monarchy when there are so many other governance options available makes little sense to me.
I’m especially curious about how minorities like Kurds or other ethnic groups view this idea. Does the concept of a Persian monarch resonate at all with you? Wouldn’t it feel even more disconnected from your identity and needs?
