2025.01.23 14:42 strawberrypie505 what should i do about my master degree?
i am a junior in an engineering uni in my country which is a developing country, the degree i have is a dual degree program with a uni from South Korea, they are not top unis but still both are pretty good, and my degree here is IT and the one in Korea is ICE. i will also spent my senior year in korea bc it is the part of the ddp program, i've also done summer school in korea. currently my gpa is 81/100.
the thing is that i absolutely hate my degree. i force myself to study so that i don't fail but i don't find it interesting at all. in freshman year we had creative thinking class and i liked it a lot so i started doing design, i got a scholarship in a course and got a diploma in ui/ux design, and now i have one remote job as a graphic designer, and sometimes i do freelance work for hackathons, organizations, sometimes even for my uni's social media posts. im pretty sure design is my passion and i do whatever i can to be better.
i wanna do my masters in design obviously, and i feel like what i have done by now is not enough to qualify for one, let alone get a scholarship. im broke and can't afford to study abroad (i got full scholarship for my current bachelor degree) but i still have hopes. can you tell me which universities in asia (china, japan, korea, hong kong, vietnam etc.) i can try to apply? also what can i do to increase my chances of getting into one? (except improving gpa. turst me i do my best)
p.s. i have topik 3 and ielts 7, but i will do both of them again because i know i can do better, idk if this is related or not just felt a need to share.

I’m male and when I look in the mirror my middle part hair and face looks perfectly symmetrical. But then I’ll get my phone out or anything else that inverted my face and my hair looks like it’s tilted, I have more hair on one side , one side is more flatter and my eyes are tilted, my head leans to one side more and my chin looks crooked. Is the mirror how people see me or is it inverted. I know people see you inverted but I’m wondering if they perceive as I perceive myself in the mirror, with no hair and face asymmetry?

I’ve been a daily Delta vape user for a couple years with occasional use of edibles. Primarily I partake to help with sleep, anxiety, and appetite, usually just a couple hits off of a vape in the evenings. I’m diagnosed as bipolar and take psychiatric medications for that but it doesn’t alleviate all of my physical symptoms. I tested positive on home tests early last week and have my first OB appointment next week. I was definitely using vapes/edibles prior to and for a couple days after my positive test (so much anxiety and so little sleep). I’m so worried about a positive THC test resulting in reports to CPS. I work with children in behavioral health. Can you share your experiences with drug testing during pregnancy in Ohio?

Of course the first to drop was on the coldest day of the year. Went out yesterday early morning to feed them and saw our flock has expanded. It was -4 degrees. Got momma and the lambs moved into a jug in the barn and kept a close eye on them. She did great and lambs are full of energy this morning. Hopefully the rest of them can hold out a few more days for warmer weather ahead.
