I had an interview for an outside plant technician at Verizon. There were positions listed at several locations for a FiOS build out in northeast PA . It seems like there will be plenty of work for maybe the next few years in the area. My concern is what comes after that. Do you think they can sustain the hired work force in this area after the build out?

This post isn't anything profound, I just wanted to say thank you to Rita for creating such a wonderful system. This system is therapy through style, what most of us really need. It's not a bunch of rules to rob us of our own creativity. I realized these last few days that I was happier before I discovered all these style systems, I also dressed better. I wasn't worried about following rules and getting it right...I just wore what I liked. Style key is the only system that just lets me be me. I have had some financial setbacks, as well as personal loss. Now it's a new year and I hope to move forward in my style journey and regain what I lost. Style Key will get me there...without giving me rules about hemlines, prints and colors. I am now finally officially done with all the other systems; I will remove myself from those spaces as they are toxic to me and if I am not careful will suck me back in. Argentine Here - Let's Talk About Yerba Mate & Cultural Gatekeeping
So, I recently launched a yerba mate brand in the US and something interesting is happening. I'm getting comments accusing me of "cultural appropriation" and saying "white people are trying to take over mate culture."
Plot twist: I'm literally Argentine. Been drinking mate since I could walk. It's my culture, my family tradition, and nothing makes me happier than seeing people from all backgrounds enjoying it.
Curious if others have experienced this? Whether you're from a mate-drinking culture or someone who's embraced it from elsewhere - what's your take on this? When does sharing culture become "appropriation"?
Personally, I think mate has always been about community and sharing. That's literally how we drink it - passing it around in a circle. But I'd love to hear your thoughts on this.
And the funny thing is my brand Hugo has specific blends that make it easier for people who have never tried to get into the ritual, so it was very counterintuitive to the comments I’m receiving

For now it’s still just an idea as I try to figure everything out but basically, what if Powder is transported to Gotham after the explosion and taken in by Harley and Joker. Joker basically taking the place of Silco but he's a much worse father figure and is clearly manipulating her.
With the addition of Harley originally helping him manipulate Powder but starts to see herself in the young girl and hates what's happening to her. Contemplating how far they'll go/push her.
Plus, Jinx basically being Robin's own personal villain. With all the added drama and fun that leads to.
(Jason Todd would be her original Robin... The parallels between these 2 and the pure angst potential is insane)

Long story short, son was diagnosed with ADHD in 2nd grade and only diagnosed with Autism this week in 8th grade. Im a married single mom whos husband only brings home a paycheck and me tally checks out so Im doing this on my own. I also have a high schooler and work full time.
Last night I was having trouble sleeping (again) and I realized- I have forgotten how to relax. Ive tried the music, tried meditation, tried vacations (but the kids are always there because hubby cant handle them….
I am a glass shell of who I used to be. Bedtime is so stressful that I cant wind down before I have to go to bed, if I nap its such a hard sleep and I have nightmares every time I do sleep, and I have health issues going on myself.
I am on antianxiety meds and muscle relaxers for spinal arthritis, and my arthritis meds also helps my depression… but thats about it.
Is it always going to be this way? With his violent meltdowns and triggers Im not sure at this point how him being an adult and getting a job is going to go.

First of all - YES! I've been looking so much forward to this! In fact, I've been excited to see if it would ever arrive. Descender has been out of stock everywhere in Denmark, and on the Danish Craigslist the prices have been climbing, so I didn't have high hopes.
