Warning, pretty disturbing at the end. I just woke up from my first nightmare in awhile. It's not often I have bad dreams like this. Anyways, It started off I had moved into a new home and I was digging through some old boxes left in the basement. One of them was filled with a bunch of really creepy dolls. One doll in particular was small and was obviously designed after a real little girl. It was in all white, dressed in an old fashioned nightgown and that little nightcap. It felt haunted, and I immediately knew her name was Mary. She seemed to be no older than five or six. Anyways, being a spiritual person irl, dream me decided to speak with Mary cleanse the doll. At first everything was going well, she was showing me mental images of her life. Then (I don't do this in real life) I went into some kind of trance I suppose. Suddenly I was her, and I was sitting in some shady laundry mat looking place. It honestly looked like I was in a different country, India maybe? The door leading outside was wide open and I (Mary) was sitting next to it with her I'm assuming mom and grandma. I watched through her eyes two men assaulting a woman outside the doors, they knocked her unconscious and then they rushed inside where Mary and the other two women were. They started pointing and yelling but I couldn't actually hear the words. I went into some third person view next as the bigger guy got in Mary's face. He picked her up, the slammed her against a wall. Then for some reason he pulled a 🔫 and shot her. The I woke up irl.

Anybody know what mods I can change or turn off to change the difficulty of this mod? I feel like I would enjoy it even with the vanilla combat more than the way it currently is . This is almost harder than dark souls and I’m only lvl one 😂. But in all seriousness what mods is making this stamina not go away so quickly and enemies hit hard?

It's been a while since I felt really angry, so I was hoping I was getting over my anger problem. I'm a teacher. After a meeting I was talking to the principal about my strategies for working with ESL students, and she wanted me to share what I was saying with a couple other teachers. I started telling the other teachers about my strategies and one wouldn't look at me and had a mocking smile. This teacher has laughed when I've spoken at meetings, so I asked some other teachers about it, and learned that there's a clique of teachers who've been harassing other teachers by laughing, gossiping, and false-reporting. Since she wouldn't look at me I told her to look at me when I'm talking, then I told the principal that there's an issue I needed to address. I said that a couple teachers had laughed at me when I was mentioned at a meeting, and that I'd learned that there's a clique of teachers who've been targeting other teachers including myself. The HM asked if that clique included either of the teachers present and I said yes, she looked at me like I was being crazy, and I said "you know exactly what I'm talking about." She just laughed and said "no I don't" and I said "I know, it's so fucking funny." Obviously, cussing at co-workers is unacceptable, especially at a school.
Now I feel absolutely miserable. I wish I hadn't cussed, and I feel so stupid for doing so. My real concern is that I don't want this to affect my relationships with the other teachers, because my relationships with them are important to me.
I've been low key and relaxed lately, and things were honestly going well for me, which may have contributed to my lashing out - I wasn't expecting it. When that surge of adrenaline or cortisol or whatever rises, I need to learn to defuse it. I just feel so miserable. These moments of intense anger are just making my life more difficult.

Hello! I’m looking for advice to introduce 2 adult cats in my apartment. I live with my girlfriend and we have had her cat (14M) in our place for about 1.5 years. I’m going to be bringing my cat (12M), who currently lives with my parents, to my place for a week while they’re on away on vacation. My cat needs daily medications/prescription food and I work an hour away from my parent’s house, so that’s why I’m bringing my cat to my place rather than house sitting. We’re going to have my cat for 7 days.
Both mine and my girlfriend’s cats are pretty chill and social and friendly. My cat has only been around female cats and her cat has never been around other cats to my knowledge. Our apartment is 1 floor and about 950sq/ft and the only “rooms” with doors to separate them are the bedroom and bathroom. We keep her cat’s litter box in the bathroom, and his food&water in the kitchen. I’m wondering where I should put my cat’s litter box, food, and water so they won’t be competing for space/trying to take from one another.
On top of that, I’m not sure how to initially keep them separated in such an open space. It would feel a bit “wrong” to lock one of them in either the bathroom or bedroom initially. So, any advice is appreciated! Thanks 🙏🏼
