I want to get a set up in order to play in a one man band (guitaukulele, harmonica and drums), unfortunatelly footdrums are expensive and too loud, I was wondering if I could get the HPD 20 and use the kick drum and another pedal to play the snare while playing the other instruments.
I know I can use it for looping, I just don't know if I can get it in this specific one man band

I foster failed my second foster cat and have now had him for a couple years (he’s now 6m). He was originally living outside in a cat colony and got along with the other cats well so I recently took in another foster cat (around a year old and also male) hoping it would be good for both of them. For the first week (about 3 weeks ago) there was a lot of hissing and growling but eventually they seemed to warm up to each other. My resident cat started to initiate play while the new foster was very submissive and just went along with it. This week the new foster cat has really gotten comfortable living here and has started to hit and play bite my resident cat to get him to play. My resident cat does NOT like this and has started getting very rough with him, taking out chunks of his hair and pinning him to the ground. My resident cat also seems very stressed out by this… he was always so loving and cuddly but now he’s even hissing at me and my husband sometimes. The new foster has also become a bit territorial. He’s neutered but started humping things and bit me really hard when I was cleaning his litter box. What do I do?

Sooo, just as the title says. I know this is a long shot. I used to have this friend, they went by Finn (RP account) and their user was @UhHello. They used to call me Funge, they're from Sweden, and they were the best friend I ever made in that account. They would tell me their travel stories, especially to China, and I about college and life.
I miss them, and once we started Uni and life altogether, our messages would trickle from daily to weekly to monthly until we just got too busy to remember. But every time I think about them, I make sure to log in and drop a message in their DMs in the hopes they see it, but so far, nada.
And imagine my surprise when I found out lately that Quotev REMOVED the DMs, so I don't even have that for reminiscing anymore.
I just miss them and wanna reconnect with my friend again, and again, I know this is a long shot, but hey, worth a shot.

I'm very sorry this is so long and detailed. I'm using this Subreddit as an outlet to vent. My wife thinks I'm being silly, but I think you guys will feel my pain.
I have patiently waited over a year for my dream spec to come up on the used market, only to watch it slip away due to shady sales tactics. Details below.
I have alerts set on a few websites and was notified yesterday morning that my dream truck was for sale. As soon as the dealership opened, I called to put down a deposit and start the process.
While chatting with the salesman, I told him I had one stipulation that was a deal breaker. I told him I wanted the truck and only the truck. I did not want GAP, extended warranties, window tint, PPF, tire insurance, LowJack, interior protection packages, dint insurance, etc.—just the truck and that was it. I respectfully asked him if it was a problem. He said it wouldn't be and would ensure my worksheet was clean and everything was removed.
Before hanging up, I asked, "What is the best rate you have seen with Tier 1 credit?" He danced around this for a few minutes, trying to say that it depended on my creditworthiness, blah, blah, blah. I told him that I would 1000% qualify for the best rate they could get, but he wouldn't give me anything over the phone. He said he would get back to me on the rate after we hung up. I gave him my credit card over the phone for the deposit, and he went to work.
About 30 minutes later, he texted me, stating that the absolute best rate he had seen recently was 6.5%. I responded, "Thanks for that. I am going to check around and see if I can get something a little better." He responded, "Sounds great. I will send the worksheet over shortly."
I then spent ~2 hours combing the interwebs for the best used car rates, and to my surprise, my very own credit union had a rate of 5.5%. I applied for it, and within minutes, I was approved for $60K at 5.5% for 72 months (I would cover the rest with cash).
While I was doing that, the salesman sent me the OTD worksheet, which had five extra fees. Two of the fees were clearly in the "Extras" section, while three others were buried in the lower portions of the worksheet. Later, I pressed him on each one, and I included his response below each one.
- $999 for wheel and tire insurance (not hidden)
- He said, "The wheels and tires on this truck are very expensive. I highly recommend you keep this."
- $599 for WeatherTech Mats (not hidden)
- He said, "Already installed, so easier if you purchase these."
- $999 for something called PHAN-A (hidden)
- He said, "Phantom or PHAN is a code we put all over the truck to help track the parts in the event of the vehicle being stolen. The company we work with on this will help you find the truck. If they can not recover the vehicle. They will pay your deductible up to $1,000 as well as up to $5,000 on top of whatever insurance gives you to replace the vehicle. This is not removable."
- $799 for PERM-A Package (hidden)
- He said, "Perm-A is a 7-year interior and exterior protection warranty. We also apply a protective coating to the interior and exterior of the truck to further protect it."
- $3300 for GAP-A (hidden)
- He said, "I highly recommend this as these trucks are stolen quite a bit, and insurance never pays what they are worth."
It was at this time that I told him, "I secured financing, and I am going to purchase a flight right now. Assuming you can remove those extra fees as we agreed, can you send me everything so we can get this done?"
He replied, asking about my financing. I wanted to tell him it was none of his business, but I told him. 5.5% for 72 months, I said. He replied, "If I can match it and take the products off, will you finance with us?"
I said, "I don't mean to be rude, but we agreed to transact without the extras from the start. I also gave you an opportunity to earn my financing, but you said the best rate you have seen recently was 6.5%. Frankly, you are not in a position to negotiate those two things anymore. That said, I will gladly use your financing, but you'll have to sweeten the pot a bit for that to make sense to me. Can you maybe shave off a couple grand, which will pay for my flight, hotel, food, and gas, or do something similar to make it worth it to me?"
He responded with, "We appreciate your inquiry. I understand your position, so I hope you understand mine. This is our final out the door number, with us accepting your outside financing. Unless you are willing to allow us a chance to earn your financing, we are not going to be able to sell you the truck."
I said, "So, you will not sell me the truck without the fees, as you agreed, if I use my own financing? You are willing to let me walk over that?" He responded with, "Yes. You need to use our financing in order to remove the fees."
And just like that, it was over. I am super bummed out that these car stealerships cannot just be honest and ethical and give people what they want without hiding things or being deceitful. So, I am back on the search for my dream truck. Wish me luck!

Even better when they are filled with magic as it helps in nurtureing hornts faster and stronger So what they do is get creatures to get close and sting them The sting gives the person a hornt (hence the name) A hornet is this orgen formed after the bite by a few weeks It generates magic that the user can (as a side effect) use but very limited Although it is still strong it acts more as a quality of life thing So the hornt (organ) steadily generatea magic in the user so that when they die the hornts flee to them and feed their clan Another side effect of the organ is it sets a time for the users death (old age) It is usually around 40-60 years Note that the hornt population is very small around 300k and are mostly located in the east (Of course none of this worlds people know this the things just got born yesterday) 2nd Boto: boto meaning hider(in the termites language) is a slender tall creature located in the eastern most region of the west continent they reside in the rocky regions They are extremely good at camouflage that it is a miracle even one termite know of them They can use the magic in them to almost perfectly camouflage in the rocks Believe it or not these are plant eaters They eat a 2 certain plants Uin: a beautiful flower that grows in rocks Pol: a type of fruit that grows on high trees But don't be fooled from their actions as these creatures have sharp claws to attack when the can't hide.. But what are they hiding from? THE LORRRRRRRRE Now what are these two new colours you ask These are the two tribes of the ilikai an amphibious axolotl civilization They inhabit the two islands and the many flooded caves underthem These creatures are EXTREMELY sociable and are always looking for bonds The light blue one is name werc they are the smartest of the two tribes They have made inventions that helped build the two tribes Thwe werc are more light skinned and have very dark but scattered dots The dark one are the spihs they are the explorers adventure is their most important activity These look like the opposite of the werc (i mean their looks) But one of the things that unite them is their religion ilorkism They pray to two gods the god of the sea and the good of the sky embodied in a comet that passes by every two years They gather to pray to the god of the sky on a day called kāne a mix between the names of their gods kā(comet) Ne(sea) On that day they pick one person of each tribe. One to drink tiny amounts of puffer fish poison And one to burn rocks they believe to be parts of kā Now the termites nothing happened Vos expand to the coast of the island but met weird animals.... So they stopped for the day Now you might be asking how the hell do these beasts get this power???? From a crystal that is placed around the middle of the world of which provides magic to this world But how the hell did it get there???? One day when two children from the axolotl tribe of spihs where having an adventure in the underwater caves the found a statue a small one sure but it was weird? it had a depiction of some thing that looks strikingly similar to them but something was off.... It had three although the paint was faint, green eyes And a message they couldn't quite read it but it was strikingly similar to their language. They were able to understand one part It read chaos. Being dumbass kids they kept playing around with it until they accidentally broke it They left and thought nothing of it But little did they know t what they unleashed onto the world.... I feel myself starting to spiral into obsessive mode thinking about my weight and body changes. I just finished my second month (1 month of 2.5 and one at 5mg), and I’ve been steadily losing ~2 lbs a week since starting/am down about 20 lbs. I’ve noticed a little difference in my face, but haven’t seen it much in my body, but knowing the number is trending downward has kept me feeling comfortable that this is working.
I started taking strength training more seriously in the last week or so, and this week’s weigh in was the same as last week. Logically I know that muscles retain water after working out as they repair. I can also reason with myself that the scale staying the same could mean I’m burning fat and gaining muscle. But would that show on the scale after 1-2 weeks?
I really try not to engage with scales because it’s a slippery slope. Weighing in once a week hinges a lot of hope and anticipation on something with so many potential variables. But I also want to track my loss on Zepbound. I’d refer to how my clothes fit as a better metric, but I tend to wear clothes that are really stretchy (I have an active job chasing toddlers around all day), so I haven’t noticed much. I’ve pulled a few pieces from my closet to start trying on as reference. Also going to take some body measurements today to have a baseline of where I’m at now.
Here’s my question: I have scripts for another box of 5 mg and a box of 7.5 ready to submit to the pharmacy. I’m torn on which to fill. I don’t know if staying the same between last week and this week is a true stall, or if I’m overthinking something normal and will see movement again at this dose. I realize I’m probably overly nervous about staying the same weight after a week/week and a half…but I feel thrust back into the frustration and sadness I have felt so many times while trying to lose weight in the past and am afraid of reliving that experience for the hundredth time.
Idk Zep fam, am I jumping to conclusions?
