Especially the wound near my ankle, every time the scab forms, a couple hours later it breaks and keeps oozing. I don't necessarily think it's infected, but it doesn't look healthy to me either. I'm trying to keep them as clean as I can, the picture looks disgusting because I just uncovered the wounds.

Hi everyone, I’d like to get your opinion on how to deal with tabular data sources such as Dynamics365 or any SQL database when it comes to ingesting this data into a Lakehouse scenario.
I mean, do we really need to land these as files in raw/bronze? Any downsides in landing straight as delta tables considering they are already structured data since the source?
Any recommendations on how to approach this?

Like you are loading regular AP shells and then you notice some heavily armored tank like IS-7 or E100 is heading towards your way so you decide to load other 2 remaining shells as APCHEAT besides that 1 regular AP. So you wants to have one regular AP then two APCHEAT in magezine. Is thag possible? Or i have to reload the entire magezine of Gold Shells from start...

 | Tive meus primeiros problemas com acne aos 15 anos, nessa época tive que iniciar com o tratamento da isotretinoína. Nesse período durou menos, apenas 5 meses e parecia estar tudo ok... Porém, aos 18 ela voltou, pior e mais grave, e então... Vamos para o roacutan novamente. Dessa vez durou mais tempo, com mais cápsulas... Após 8 meses, 13 caixas, 7800 mg, fora o dinheiro gasto, termino esse tratamento. Valeu a pena? Esteticamente sim! Porém, eu tive alguns colaterais que me lascaram um pouquinho... Acabei tendo disfunção erétil, líbido baixou demais, tive alergias nas mãos, fora a parte de ressecar tudo... Foi incrível, uma experiência digna de cinema. Infelizmente ainda há chances das acnes voltarem(baixas), mas por enquanto só quero comemorar e daqui a pouco beber um pouco com os amigos. Se você um dia precisar usar o roacutan, meu conselho é: USE!
