So I just came across this post (it’s a bit older as you can see) and I saw this comment. I looked at her profile (2nd slide - TW tho) and was shocked. I feel so bad for her. Like yeah, she said we’re “always” manifesting but at the end of the day she’s just repeating what manifestation coaches/Neville have said. She probably blamed herself for what happened as well. These teachings are dangerous.

Hi everyone, im 21m and i have had my bad chronic symptoms for 6 years now.
My symptoms started with a lot of fatique and weakness and my legs felt like cement. Then came dpdr, bad brain fog, really bad anxiety, depression, mood problems etc (some problems with those before). Now my main problems are those + nervous system problems, tingling in feet and body, cant sleep well, numbness. Havent really enjoyed anything for those years.
6 months ago i found guy called Anthony William who talks about food and how it either helps you heal or makes you more sick. I was really skeptical of him at first but didnt have anything to lose either so i went completely plant based and it has been the best desicion.
All my symptoms have started to get better now, i can even enjoy some things again and my body has became little stronger. I can take walks and do my daily tasks without feeling absolutelu shit. My nerves arent flaming anymore and my life isnt 24/7 wanting to get out of my body. Im not healed yet but im better and going forward.
So i dont want to stuff anything down your throat, just to tell what has helped me so it could maybe help you. He has books written and i really recommend them.

Hello everyone! I am having some issues with cooling my 9800X3D and trying to lower noise levels with my case and AIO Cooler. I’m using the MSI CoreLiquid E360 with the stock MSI fans included with the AIO. My case is the Lian Li 216 RGB along with the MSI X670E Gaming Carbon WiFi. I made sure that the AIO fans and Pump are connected to the CPU Fan and Pump Fan headers respectively with the case fans plugged into SysFan 1 and 2 headers. I am getting around 49-57°C on idle and 77-90°C under load. My ambient temp in my room fluctuates a lot due to my PC but I’d say I try to make it between 68-73°F.
I will admit I have no idea how to make a good fan curve or how to make sure I am even using the correct fan settings and modes in the BIOS. The fans are currently (to my best ability and knowledge) to PWM Smart Mode.
With the noise levels, I don’t know the exact decibels but I would say it’s as loud as a patio fan or the fans on a pole that you can plug in. I currently use the noise dampener fan connector included with my AIO but I’m not entirely sure what’s producing the most sound.
I just wanted to say thanks in advance and I’m open to pretty much any solution. If it makes any difference, I also have an MSI Gaming X Trio 4080 gpu that runs flawless and cool, again if it means anything.
