If I’m applying for a civil service role that is doing vacancies nationwide, although it asks me what location I’d prefer to work at, can I work at any regional office for the 60% time? Or does it have to be in that specific location I requested for in the application?
My last question is, can I change my location preferences after submitting my application? Before any interviews etc?

Problem/Goal: I dont know why bat bumabalik ung toxic trait na ganun.
Context: We are in the one year mark already. My boyfriend and I broke up last December but wanted a second chance (walang cheating involved) so I gave him that kasi nagsisi sha and nagsbi sha na di nya na gagawin uli yun.
Nasa work siya ngayon and his work has free time naman hindi yung lagi nakatutok. Why I know this, kasi same kami ng field (also ako din nagpasok sakanya sa work). Parang bang trying hard sha to impress everyone around him sa work ngayon kaya sha nagpapakabusy. Ayun so gusto ko lang naman sya kausap kasi namatayan ako this week. Nawala lola ko few days ago. And iba impact sakin kasi nakita ko sya paano pumanaw and sobrang sakit nun for me. So the best thing I can do is kailangan ko ng kausap dati. Nasa province ako (dito nakatira lola ko) but may language barrier (kasi di ako makapagsalita ng dialect namin) so hirap din ako makipagusap sa iba, altho nakakausap ko naman ung mga tao dito, but iba parin pag may comfort ng boyfriend diba? (Nasa manila sha. Hindi sha makapunta dahil sa work nga) So ayun gusto ko lang makipagusap. Hanggat sa napuno sha busy nga daw sha at wag makiusap. Sbi ko kung may time ka lang then kung anu ano na sinasabi nya sa akin na masasakit. Na nauulit na yung last year di nya na mapreno sarili nya. Pinahiram ko sakanya camera ko para sa trabaho din. Nakita ko nagstory sha na nasa alanganin ung lugar ng camera ko. Sabi ko ingatan nya ng mabuti. After ng konting conversation about sa camera naiinis na sha. Dami nya na sinasabing masakit kesho tignan ko daw sarili ko ako pa daw mas hindi maingat vs him. Wag na daw kami magusap. Masakit mga sinabi nya. Before ko malaman na critical na lola ko, umuwi ako sakanya. Iyak ako ng iyak. Alam nyang malungkot ako pero wala sha sinasabi, di nya ko nilapitan kasi nagttrabaho sha (work from home) PArang kulang sa empathy. Nainis pa sha kasi dapat ako daw magsimula ng pag open up ng feelings ko. Ni yakap o kiss wala. Kailangan ko pa sabihin. Hinayaan ko nalang kasi pagod na ako magisip pero kung iisipin ngayon masakit pa din. Kailangan ko lang naman ng comfort. Wala ako makausap kasi busy lahat pati mga kaibigan ko. Nakulungkot ako kasi ang sakit nya uli magsalita.
Previous Attempts: well kinausap ko nga sya kaso ayun nga puro masasakit na salita lang sinasabi niya sa akin at inaway lang ako.

2025.01.23 14:26 zjr-13 Possible animal tracks?

Possible animal tracks? Not the best pictures to ID with since it’s been raining constantly here but I wanted to try to at least narrow it down based on size or something? They’re really far apart compared to anything I’ve ever seen 🫠 I woke up and saw these in my yard. It’s hard to tell in the picture but the dirt that’s outlined in slide 5 is “mounded” behind the track, like whatever it was took off very quickly. Size 11 shoe in slide 2 for distance reference since I don’t have a tape measure (Ignore how dirty they are, they’re my outdoor shoes literally for stepping in crap and mud lol). Trying to figure it out because I have chickens. I do have a large dog but she doesn’t go in this part of the yard- she’s leash walked, so I know for sure. Im in rural south Florida. If there’s any other info that would help, let me know. Like I said I know this isn’t likely going to be solved but I wanted to try for the sake of my hens :)

I plan on pursuing my love for psychology after high school and am simply weighing my options.
I’ve seen the mixed feelings for online programs, and their pros and cons.
However, I just want to ask about whether or not this route will screw me. I’ve seen people say that earning a bachelors online is possible, but won’t open doors to a masters.
With IU online, the diploma shouldnt say online as well.
Indiana University provides online programs for a masters in social work, and online entices me the most because I don’t know if I can motivate myself physically to commit to another 6 years of physical in person school.
Campus life never sounded fun to me, I don’t want to really go out and do the things they advertise, and the flexibility and the time saved through an online course sounds so much more appealing to me and my preference.
Juggling a low pay job, papers and homework, a social life, a healthy sleep schedule, time for myself and others just doesn’t sound appealing.
What should I do? Have any of you guys gotten a masters in social work through online? Also the uni I want to attend online has a bachelors in psych, but no bachelors in social work, can i do a masters in social work with a bachelors in psych? The program is accredited with CSWE
And how do I earn experience for a job as a clinical social worker if they all require 1+ year.

The game has around 2000 players live and I have trouble finding anything besides some lame Push games (I hate Push).
I played Sandstorm a lot a few years ago, we loved to play Firefight and Ambush with my friend - now it's impossible to find a game.
I understand that they were never the most popular to begin with, but no games at all??
My second favourite - Frontline, is very hit or miss. Sometimes I won't find a game at all. Sometimes after I'll find a game after a couple of minutes, but if they vote for a map I'm not interested in playing (Crossing for the hundrendth time) and try to join another game it turns out I join the very same server back.
There was skirmish for a limited time, no luck there too and you'd think that people would be interested in it.
Server browser looks pretty empty when it comes to PvP too.
All there is is Push and PvE.
