My husband and I moved into our house a few months ago and I’ve been slowly trying to finish our living room.
It’s starting to come together but I feel it could be cozier. In particular, we just have a small upholstered bench on the wall pictured above, which feels empty and not quite right. What should I put here? I’d love to have more seating in this area, but not sure if that’s the right decision.
Would love suggestions for the wall with the bench, and suggestions for making the room cozier overall!

2025.01.23 14:35 UpwardVorticity Day 20 (Stomach and anxiety way better)
20 days down today and a lot of my symptoms are getting better and better. Bloating has subsided significantly which means I can finally eat full meals, and constipation is getting a lot better. Anxiety is also minimal. Crazy that just 5 days ago I was probably at one of the lowest points I’ve ever been in life. If you’re going through the same kind of symptoms and are struggling, know it will get better soon. Keep pushing.

Llevo un tiempo en Japón de vacaciones y he tenido un par de experiencias muy gratas en el país, estaba por ir a Corea de Sur así que tome un vuelo desde aquí, había una azafata muy linda que me estuvo trayendo comida durante el vuelo, hasta que le pedí un favor, le dije que tengo un problema de hyperspermia y tenía mucho dolor, ella me dijo que yo podía ir al baño para descargarme y así reducir la inflamación, le dije que ya lo había intentado pero no me alcanzaba a excitar yo solo, entonces me ofreció ayudarme y me ayudó con mi asunto (que por cierto no tengo hyperspermia solo fue para dar una escusa) pero ahora tengo dos conceptos atravesados, ella lo hizo porque así son las azafatas? O lo hizo porque es japonesa y son así de complacientes? O por ambas?

أما قوله صلى الله عليه وسلم ذات جمال" فالدليل فبه حديث الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم : " إذا نظر إليها سرته " فان سرور الرجل بالنظر الى المرأة يكون اول مايكون بجمال وجهها وجمال هيئتها.
فهذا دليل في عمومه على طلب ذات الجمال ولان المقصود من النكاح اعفاف النفس فاذا أخذ المرأة امراة ليست جميلة جدا قد يكون قد لا يكون فيها احصان لنفسه.
والإمام أحمد ابن حنبل روي عنه انه قال : " ينبغي للرجل اذا أراد أن يتزوج أن يسأل عن جمال المرأة فإن أعجبه سأل عن دينها ، فإن أعجبه قبلها والا لم يعجبه ردها" فيكون قبوله ورده لماذا ؟ للدين .
والشباب اليوم يعكسها يسال اول شيء عن الدين فغذا قالولو ذات دين تصلي وتصوم وكذا وكذا سال عن جمالها قالولو والله نص نص تركها فصار قبولو وردوا على ايش ؟ على الجمال ؟ لا
الامام احمد كان يعلم الناس ان المسالة ليست هكذا اسال عن الجمال فان الجمال مطلوب ، اسال عن الجمال فان اعجبك جمالها اسال عن دينها فان اعجبك دينها اخذتها وان لم يعجبك دينها ردتتها فتكون قد قبلتها من اجل الدين ورددتها من اجل الدين .
