All my earned income is self-employed. Let's say my net SE income is $20k. Can I contribute $20k to my Roth solo 401k plus $7k to my Roth IRA? That would be a total of $27k, doesn't seem right to me, but I can't find anything that answers this question.

I received an email stating that our seat selection has changed "due to operational reasons." On the United app the seating chart shows in the Business class upper deck on an Airbus A350-900 and the email states "Classic Seats." When I try to look up A350-900 I don't find anything about upper decks. Does that airplane have an upper deck? Do classic seats lay flat?

So if you guys are all done shouting about Twitter on a gaming sub. I have an actually relevant post. This is a totally unscientific test. I didn't do anything more than launch the game with these settings on this hardware and noted what I thought was the "average" I saw while in M4 (non-savage) so this isn't ultra sciency but the take away from this should be - NSYNC/WineSYNC = huge improvement.
Specs:
Arch Linux (BTW) 6.13-Zen (Extra/Testing) Current MESA/VulkanRadeon/etc).
Radeon 7800XT
AMD 7900X
Average FPS (Wine-Unofficial 9.21 FSYNC/GPL ASYNC on): 140'ish (max settings, FSR set to "always enabled")

Hello all. For the last 2 years I (24m) have had complaints of extreme fatigue, exercise intolerance, depression, (health) anxiety, short-breath, insomnia, temperature misregulation, nausea, gut issues, weak feeling in muscles, heart palpitations. I was tested at 224 pg/mL a year ago, but my doctor (extremely) frustratingly did not even get back to me about my lab results. Well, one year later and shit has only got worse. I don't have a severe deficiency but it is enough to wreck my active and spontaneous life style to pieces.
So, living half a year in Ecuador for study purposes (i'm from the NL), I took matters into my own hands and simply asked a doc here to prescribe me injections. So he did: 5 consecutive days of 1000 mcg cyanocobalamin and after that 6 weekly injections. I know cyano is not preferred, but I doubt there is anything else available here and it is way better than nothing.
After completing the 5 consecutive injections my body suddenly went into meltdown. Every cell in my body hurt, I was extremely cold all the time (with occasional heat episodes too), bursting head ache, spine hurt like a b*, dizziness, weakness, insomnia, you name it. What I need help with is getting my cofactors right. I don't know if it were start up symptoms, simply an unfortunately timed virus, or the lack of cofactors I had been taking, but the latter I can do something about.
So I want to ask you to 'rate' my cofactor mix. I'm not asking for medical advice; I just want feedback based on your own experiences!
I'm taking:
- 1 pill cyano 1000mcg (only on non-injection days)
- 5mg pholate (synthetic version)
- A B-Complex that contains:
- B1 5 mg
- B2 1 mg
- B6 4 mg
- B12 5 mcg
- B3 10 mg
- B5 3 mg
- B9 0.25 mg
- Potassium 1000 ug (i'm not sure yet if I should take this every day; especially during weekly injections)

It’s not actively painful but it does have a lot of irritation since it’s rubbing against my tooth constantly. I’ve had it for about a month but it was never this invasive. Backstory: I 23 year old male/6’1”/185 pounds started vaping (juul) back in highschool, did it for a few years until it was banned in the US. After that i would do it occasionally, sometimes id share with a friend and sometimes id buy my own disposible for a few days. Fast forward to now I’m 23 can’t say I vape often at all, prior to december it was maybe 6 months since i vaped and even then it was for a short period of time before getting sick of it. Now to the juicy part hopefully some of you guys can give me insight on. So back in december i purchased a disposible vape for a special weekend and went all out, I mean all out. I vaped heavily for those two days and felt great but the next morning I woke up with chest pains/aches/inflammation and a bit of tightness. I figured it was temporary and i thought “hey it’ll get better in a week” well it didnt. Anyway i ended up getting an appointment with pulmonary who rans tests (spirometry) and determined that my breathing is normal. X-Rays came back normal however they did note that my lungs were a bit hyperexpanded (long lungs in my case) which apparently are normal for taller men. Now in the meantime i have been indulging in Zyns so im not sure if they have a part to play in this but anyway the doctor said i have nothing to worry about but even though just about all those symptoms have vanished i still get shortness of breath sometimes (mainly when im laying down). Is it anxiety is it my body fighting to get back to normal? I dont know but its driving me nuts, the paranoia is keeping me in a crappy mood and i cant help but feel like my once good quality of life is gone. Has anyone else dealt with something like this? Does it get better?

Hi.
I have just bought a Tado X wireless starter kit (sensor + wireless receiver). Along with 6 TRV’s. Here is how my floor is :
- 2 radiators in living room
- 1 radiator in office room
- 1 radiator in kitchen
- 2 radiators in dining room
Here are my two questions :
- Should I make them as one room in the app ? Or should I separate them and create a room only for the sensor ? (As I would like the sensor to be the main controller or the boiler)
- Can I buy another sensor to set in the living room for more accuracy (as there are two TRV’s on the windowed wall and the couch is the other side) and still give the other sensor (in kitchen/dining room) priority as the main heat controller on the boiler ?
