My ex best friend from kindergarten tried to contact my mother earlier this morning after close to two years of having no contact with her. I do not want to speak to her and I have cut off all communication in mid 2023. She did something similar to me when we were in high school close to 15 years ago when she cut me off from her social groups and basically deserted me. I’m not doing this as a revenge but it’s more of a compilation of a lot a lot of things that have occurred in our life. I’ve noticed how narcissistic she is and how selfish and just someone who doesn’t root for me at all on top of so many other things that she has done to me. However, I just don’t want her to keep contacting me I thought I made that clear with blocking her and not responding to her other friends text when they text me. Should I just have my mother block the number as well?

2025.01.23 14:43 Heavy-Jefe-3837 About to give up on my portal plz help….
So I just bought a PlayStation portal two weeks ago and it’s been nothing but frustrating…. so issue number one I’m having is when I connect to my home Internet it keeps kicking me off and putting me back on and kicking me off. Issue two I’m having is that I can’t connect to my hotspot, even after doing the update on the portal and my cell phone. At this point, I’ve tried everything I can think of. I turn my router off and back on that didn’t work. I restarted the PlayStation portal that didn’t work and as far as my hotspot goes, I have never been able to connect. my Internet provider is the same as my cell phone provider and that is T-Mobile. I really want this to work for me, but at this point I’m close to giving it up and getting a refund and sticking with my PS5 console. if anybody has any tips or tricks, I will greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

I'm currently playing The Island SP and trying to get my first metal tools down. NONE of the metal in the South East is spawning. I have doubled the resource respawn rate and lowered the proximity respawn to zero. Is there any ideas as to what is going on? I've put a couple hours in already and would prefer to not restart at 0

this is probably just me being self-critical and overthinking (though I’ve been learning to give myself grace) but I really have to see what others think. I can’t wear a battle vest or patches or pins or anything like that currently because i feel my parents wouldn’t let me. I bought from fast fashion when I was like just newly 13 because I had never been taught what it was, and only learned what fast fashion was the beginning of ninth grade (now I’m about to graduate soon, but I obv do not buy from malls or fast fashion anymore (I haven’t since that one time, and now I have a bunch of fast fashion clothes in my rooms, which both sickens and haunts me, though I guess I could use them for patches since a lot of them don’t fit anymore. I follow all the ideologies but I feel almost fake because I’m not able to actually express it or go to protests or anything.

So, hey! I love me an open world post-apocalyptic zombie type of game where you scavenge for materials and stuff, and I need more of them. I've recently finished Days Gone and it was so good! I looked up a part 2 but they said it's unlikely since the sales were low although it was well-received.
Here are the games I've finished under this genre: -Days Gone -Dying Light 1 & 2 -State of Decay 1 & 2 -7 Days To Die
And that's about it I think. I'm looking for any good games like these 4 that also shares the same aspect of it being open world, First Person / Third Person.

I remember when I was eating half of my meals and had to push the plate away when I first started Mounjaro.
I'm currently in maintenance, but I've noticed that I don't get a very full feeling anymore. I eat 2200 calories a day and can eat what I consider a standard sized meal. I make better choices now, of course. I was just wondering what your experience is. For reference, I'm on 5mg and never went higher.

2025.01.23 14:43 Thicc_Swagman Opinions: What's harder, Balatro or Elden Ring?
I've been playing both for a couple months now, but imo Balatro is so much harder than Elden Ring.
Once you simply get good, Elden Ring loses a lot of it's challenge (I mean learning to dodge well, not making an OP build). But with Balatro, I was stuck on the Green Stake for weeks, and only just cleared it for the first time last night. I'm not even half way through those stakes, and that's only with 1 deck.
