My fiancé (25M) and I (24F) are wanting to move to AUS. We know it may not be feasible but want advice on how to go about this. I have a bachelor’s degree in business administration but don’t know potential career paths available if any in my field in AUS without experience… He is a barber. We’ll likely get married before we move so that it’ll make it easier (hopefully) for both of us to be able to go. I’m also afraid that Aussies have a bad view of Americans and won’t want us there, but we don’t fit in with most Americans, nor do we want to conduct ourselves like Americans. We plan to do research on the culture and do whatever it takes to integrate respectfully.
Any positive advice would be appreciated! If you’re going to tell us that we’re being rash or making impulsive decisions, this isn’t a choice we made on a whim. We’ve talked about moving out of the country several times in the 4 years we’ve been together and have made that a life goal for ourselves.

I have data of when students took any test in the system. I want to see how many new students took a test each month, meaning I count only the first time they took a test and not count any of their subsequent tests. I have the user ID field already set to count distinct, but I don't think it's doing it based on the first time it encounters that user ID by the test dates. How can I achieve this?

Ok this might be an odd one. I really struggle with the sound/sensation of cutlery scraping on plates, as soon as I hear or feel the metal cutlery touch a plate it makes my teeth hurt & I can’t continue eating. Has anyone found cutlery that doesn’t scrape? I don’t want to have to use cheap plastic disposable stuff as it’s not really strong enough for everyday use and gets expensive and obviously is a waste of plastic. Any suggestions? I’m in the UK if that helps for brands/shops etc.

I have a TailNet with one exit node. Most of the connections to the Internet work fine, for example websites and Youtube work well.
However, I when I try to connect to my Amazon VDI (a cloud PC), it keeps stuck in "connecting" and never connects propertly to the stream. Is there any config that needs to be done on the Exit Node?

I'm currently trying to train the smallest possible model for my object detection problem, based on yolov11n. I was wondering what is considered the best order to perform pruning, quantization and distillation.
My approach: I was thinking that I first need to train the base yolo model on my data, then perform pruning for each layer. Then distill this model (but with what base student model - I don't know). And finally export it with either FP16 or INT8 quantization, to ONNX or TFLite format.
Is this a good approach to minimize size/memory footprint while preserving performance? What would you do differently? Thanks for your help!

I have a beautiful 11 yr old dressage mare that I would like to breed next year but keep competing on. Not looking to make money, she is truly a horse with great movement and temperament that I would love to see in some foals! She is not a maiden mare and has had one succsssful pregnancy which she carried 3 years ago. The foal scored a premium in his wb licensing and i believe is doing his stallion licensing this year. My plan is to drop the mare off for 2-3 months at a facility that does ET, then bring the recips home to carry the babies. I have the option of bringing them back to foal out or foaling at my home, which is located 15 mins from an equine hospital. I would be keeping the recip mares at my home, we have a safe facility for mares and foals with multiple pastures, safe fencing, and double sized stalls from the previous owner’s breeding program. Are there any tips? is this feasible?
