Hello everyone.
I know that the minimum home purchase for MM2H holders depends on which state they have their MM2H in. For example, one must buy a home at RM600,000 if they get the Silver residency in Kuala Lumpur.
I think I read somewhere that the minimum home purchase for MM2H holders in the Johor Bahru Special Economic Zone is RM1,000,000. Can someone please confirm this?
If this is indeed the case, it appears there really is no financial incentive in opting to buy a place in Johor Bahru. Although I must say that living across the strait from Singapore would be pretty neat.

2025.01.23 15:14 LegalCelery I want to quit my job
I started working as a student in october and my contract ended on the 30th of november 2024. I told my boss that i was not a student anymore and he just said ok. I have not signed another contract after the end of my last one. I have told him monday that i would not be working here anymore (bc he is a terrible boss n i am legit anxious to go to work). I told him i would stop between the 15th and 20th of February which is more than the 2 weeks notice i need to give. Now he tells me that he cannot accept that and asks me to work til the 23rd. I feel like i cannot work one more day here n i have given him more time than necessary. As a student the only notice i need to give him is 3 days. But the problem is that i do not know what my status is because i havent sign a contract after my student contract. Do i have to give 3 days or 2 weeks? Or am i even required to give him any notice as i havent sign a contract? Please help i will contact a lawyer but it will not be before next week and i want to answer to his message today.

➡️Summary: One discussion group at 10 am, so waking up at 9 am, is probably causing my internal clock to freak out and now I’m so tired I’m nauseous. Why does my internal clock override the amount my body needs to sleep?
I (18F) am in 1st year 2nd term in university. I struggled to adjust to university life after the winter break. I would go to bed late, usually at 1 am and even 2 am sometimes. This week, I’ve been more responsible, going to bed between 12-12:30, but most of the time falling asleep after 1 am.
Now, before, this was not such an issue. On my morning classes, I would reluctantly wake up but be able to catch up the next day by sleeping in till 10am.
This week was a little different. Monday wake up at 9 for 10 class, like every week since the beginning of my time at uni. I started my discussion group, so I had to wake up at 9 on Tuesday for the first time since the beginning of the year. It was a struggle and got to class. On Wednesday I’ve always had a class (even first term) at 8:30, but yesterday I woke up at 7:15 instead of 8. I went to bed at 12:20 because of a assignment and fell asleep at 1. Yet, I woke up at 8:16 am.
I need to sleep between 8-9 hours. If I don’t, I have a headache, nausea and fatigue all day long. In my entire life, I’ve only been able to fall asleep from a nap once, and that was last week when I was to exhausted and tired to carry my own bag because I randomly work up at 5 that day. My boyfriend and I do everything together, we eat and go to bed together, so we talk usually before bed but we cut it a lot to sleep earlier. He’s able to stay in bed after waking up and sleep, take naps? We often get late night cravings, so everyday we head to the dinning hall at 10:15-10:30 and eat until close (11).
I’m so exhausted, I don’t understand why my body is all the sudden waking me up earlier. Why won’t it let me sleep? Why does my internal clock feel so important that it makes me sleep so little?

crew without 0 perk: 53 books
crew without 0 perks but have enough exp for 3 skills (the crew from rambo BP): 46 books.
tldr: the crew members from Rambo battlepass are scam as you need way more training books. Unless you want those special looking jpegs there is no value in it. WG basically trying to scam the Americans who can't do math but have patriot brain who will turn on when seeing a murica flag.
