Ok to be fair I'm supposed to medicated for it. Also to be fair everytime I missed a therapist appointment it was $200. So cancelint those meant no more meds.
Luckily I've been living with adhd all my life. Only in the past few months I've gotten meds to help. So I've done pretty good handling it most of my life. Expecially lately a couple years ago I forced myself to get into reading to help with my memory. It has but I'm not perfect.
I lose things from time to time when it's mine. But when it's other peoples stuff I don't forget where I put it. Mostly because my mom sucks all the ass. She had a super power for losing anything she touches. When I lose stuff I take it like a champ. When she loses stuff she blamed everyone else and went on a tantrum.
Me ans my siblings got hit, yelled at, and things we loved might get broken. All over some bitch losing her damn keys. She'd be convinced that her kids did it. Wether it be trauma or what when I move someone else's stuff I remember it.
Yet I still get blamed from time to time. My girlfriend doesn't mean it in any mean way. From time to time she does blame me for moving stuff and forgetting about it. To be fair she sees me loosing anything that isn't attached to me. Thats because its my stuff and I'm comfortable to lose that.
Other peoples stuff gets me mad anxiety so I remember where I put it. So this morning my gf was telling me I moved her circle k bottle refills that was on the side table. Which I had no memory of what so ever.
So I told her that if I moved it I'd remember. Long story short she found it in a different spot so I was right. I just hate that her and a lot of other people clearly judge me for my adhd. Listen I lose my shit not yours.
