I am a relatively new fencer and just broke my first foil. I purchased a new one but was unsure if tang size and bought a blade with a tang too long for my grip. I’m trying to thread it now and can’t seem to get the die to budge with an M6 but did manage to thread it with an M7 in an attempt to make it an easier job. Has anyone got any tips on how to proceed? I’m a student so I don’t really have the funds to shell out on another blade, is there a pommel nut that will fit an M7?

I passed Adv technical Ind in November 2024 and have two more exams to do - OMB and APS.
I think APS individuals is slightly more related to the work I do.
I have a few questions:-
- Is it better to sit APS in May 2025 rather than omb? Is it possible to sit both?
- How technical is APS Ind? Will I have go through the manuals areas again? I note the tuition and revision course days for APS are fewer compared to Adv Tech.
- Are materials for APS similar to other adv tech exams?

The DLC vers on bbks is around 140$, but with the discount going on rn it is 120$. Considering my 130$ budget, is there anything better?
However, i've seen that AS does not make live blade, but is not sure if they're gonna do a false edge one, and since i love neutral/blade bias balancd and false edged balis, i would love to have one.

Hi everyone, I’m 20f, currently on 60mg Elvanse with a 10mg Amfexa booster in the afternoon. I’ve been on Elvanse for about a year and Amfexa a good few months.
Recently, I’ve been finding that I’m a lot less motivated and focused, almost like my meds barely work, if at all. I do (most of the time) get basic jobs done. I find I get very irritable and agitated for literally no reason, everything seems to get under my skin. Seriously, everything. Other people being in the house, even if nowhere near me, any sound of any kind, everything and anything.
I also find that I don’t want to do anything, but I don’t want to do nothing if that makes sense? Like I want to be doing something, but nothing I can think of at all is appealing to me and neither is just sitting doing nothing on my phone either. This feeling makes me very frustrated and upset. I find that every day now I end up in a foul mood or a huff for no reason whatsoever. I literally have no motivation, and this wasn’t the case before. I also experience uncomfortable hot face and ear flushing in the evening which makes my bad mood worse. Has anyone else experienced this and does anyone know how to fix it? TIA!

So i thought about this lot and asked myself when was the exact timing (and cause), our club lost the ability to be consistent. Many people think it started with Terzic and maybe since Zorc left. But if we look back even further we see that Marco Rose had the same problems (eventhough we had a lot of injuries that season). Before that Terzic was somewhat consistent in the end of 20/21. Favre had huge problems in 19/20 and 20/21, remember Paderborn game and Reus interview about mentality problems. I think 18/19 was probably the most consistent in that regards, eventhough we bottled the league, Bayern was act good that year and the ball was very attractive. No need to talk about 17/18, it was very terrible. 15/16 and 16/17 were act pretty consistent under Tuchel and prob the standard we should reach again. Going deeper a good coach, consistent good players like Auba, Reus, Weigl, Sokratis, Hummels and a decent transfer politic with a few terrible transfer like Mikel, Mor, Schürrle,… were the cause for the consistency of that seasons. So I would think the problem ,,started“ or maybe got bigger after Tuchel left. I know that no team will win every match or play the same attractive ball every game, that’s not the point. But atleast have a decenc run in tournaments and attractive ball for Atleast 2 seasons is my ,,definition“ consistency, which didn’t occurred after Tuchel. We had a few problems that we identified which may led to it and tried to sold them with transfer (striker -> Haaland, mentality-> Can, experience-> Witsel) but obv the problem still occurred. So my question to u guys is (if I’m not complete schizo and dumb and completely mistaken) do u agree that the problem we have is s deeply ,,attached“ in our club , or is it more just one position or aspect which is a corrupted.

I get my application files from a company as zip file. Install the zip on GitLab. Download the zip from Gitlab to Ansible by pipeline and deploy the zip to appserver with yaml. In the next deployment I delete old zip and intall new one. I backup old zip in appserver by coding before next deployment.
But the government regulations force us to versioning zips on Gitlab too. How can I versioning zip file on GitLab ? I truly know that I use weak way for cicd.
