 | I purchased the hoops and amethyst dangle from Urban body jewelry, and the others are from my piercer who uses Invictus as a supplier. I am having a lot of fun with my macro photography lately. I’d have to say my favorite piercing right now is my flat. It’s fully healed now and I’m really happy with the placement. I’m excited to add another helix soon as well. I cannot express how euphoric my piercings make me feel. They definitely make me feel empowered. Also this might be random but while you’re still here reading, I want to thank this little Reddit community as well. Y’all have lifted my spirits in many times when I’ve been feeling down. 2025.01.23 16:54 BoS_Mud Eligible Plan issue when attempting to trade in on Samsung.com
I switched to a Go5G Plus plan yesterday morning at the S25 launch and then attempted to trade in on Samsung.com. Once logged in to my T-Mobile account through the Samsung trade in page, it shows my current plan as my old Magenta Max that I upgraded from yesterday. If I try to select upgrade plan, only the "single line" option is available and errors if I click on it.
On the T-Mobile site I can go through the entire upgrade sequence and get the correct $1000 offer, but it's $419 out of pocket for me on the T-Mobile site for the Ultra versus $152 (with some free stuff) on Samsung w' T-Mobile...but the catch is what I said above how it isn't correctly identifying my plan.
I'm curious if anyone here has had a similar issue and found a workaround....or if it just takes days/weeks for the system to update and correctly show my new plan? I know the bill date for the new plan is Feb 7, but the plan itself is already in effect when I chatted with a T-Mobile rep.
My only concern is the deal goes away if I miss the pre-order period through Samsung.....but I guess then I'd still have the same $419 + tax through T-Mobile that I already have. Anyways, any experience from others similar to this is appreciated!

2025.01.23 16:54 Patrix87 Workflow questions coming from Solidworks
Hi, I've been working with SolidWorks for the last two years. It was my first real CAD experience, and I worked solo on some fairly advanced projects during that time.
Right now, I'm trying to start some new projects using Onshape, but I'm having a hard time figuring out the workflow and organization.
For example, in SolidWorks, I would model a bunch of parts, each in its own file, and then import them into an assembly. If I updated a part, it would automatically update in the assembly. However, that doesn't always seem to be the case in Onshape. I'm not sure if I need to create a version every time I update a part or if I'm missing something. What exactly is going on here?
Another example: In Onshape, I can create a Part Studio, which to me feels like a multi-body part where everything is fully defined based on sketches, etc. But when I import that "part" into an assembly, it splits into a bunch of individual parts that are no longer connected by those sketches. What is the point of that? I find it kind of frustrating to define all the relationships between parts, only to have them discarded as soon as I add them to an assembly.
One more thing that annoys me is the way parts are mated together. I understand that Onshape's approach is to use fewer mates to achieve the same results as the 2-3 mates typically required in SolidWorks. But most of the time, there isn’t a mate connector where I need one. I end up having to create one, which is not a simple process due to the limited options. For example, you can't even place a mate connector between two vertices of the same part, which, in my opinion, is one of the most common use cases.
Anyway, I'm currently trying to build a hybrid flight and racing sim rig. I assume I'm doing something wrong or missing some fundamental processes or workflows for efficiently working with Onshape. Right now, I'm struggling to be efficient and to create something clean and easy to work with.

hi all, so I’m in a calorie deficit right now (1300 kcals a day max) and I have bought 85% dark chocolate in order to satisfy my snack cravings. i mostly put it on top of my acai bowls or greek yoghurt paired with other fruits. The problem is that I still crave snacks like milk chocolate and candy. i crave unhealthy food and I don’t know how to surpress those cravings.
also looking for a wl buddy so that we can motivate each other and talk to each other about our journey and what we eat and exercise! :)
