I’m currently working in IT, but i want to go into front end. My first major project is going to be redoing the website for my company. It’s currently hosted on network solutions. I want it to stay that way but also want to build the site itself in either wordpress or webflow. Can i do that and not pay for Wordpress or webflow or do i have to use their paid plan to get that integration?

I'll see progressives tell you that there's "no excuse" for transphobia/homophobia/racism/etc, but the second they see one of these minorities be Conservative/Republican, suddenly there is an excuse. I've seen progressives call black conservatives things like "cxxn", "uncle txm", sellout, or just use the N-word outright against them. With things going on right now, I've seen comments full of these people deadnaming Caitlyn Jenner and calling her a man. Now, I've seen a few comments actually claim deadnaming is wrong even if you hate the person, but these people often get downvoted to oblivion or told off. In my city, the President of our Pride committees for the last several years was "found out" to have voted Conservative, and several progressives and members of his own community called him a "self loathing fxg", among other homophobic slurs.
I'm tired of no one even talking about this happening.

So I submitted my GULC application in early Decemeber but I regret now not doing any of the optional responses, as it is the only means of gaining insight into your personality before an interview can take place.
I intend on submitting the "one-minute" video soon (don't even know if it'll be watched at this point but it can't hurt). The question is: how strict is GULC on the one-minute length? I have a video ready but it is 2 minutes and there is simply no way to make it 1 minute given the subject matter.
Any thoughts here would be helpful. Thanks!

I'm looking for something very lavender forward, still in production, which has more depth and complexity than straight lavender, but isn't very sweet. I'd like to spend less than 100USD. I'm fine with a larger decant; it doesn't necessarily need to be a FB.
I've not had luck with castoreum or other noticeable animalic notes, so please nothing too funky in that way. Love patchouli and many ouds though. I don't care if it's marketed as masculine/feminine, it's all unisex.

Hi everyone,
I’ve recently been advised to undergo a spinal ablation to help manage chronic pain. For those unfamiliar, it’s a minor outpatient procedure where the nerves causing the pain are essentially "burned" to block the signals from reaching the brain. I’ve read that it’s relatively straightforward, but I can’t help but feel a bit anxious given my situation.
I have cerebral palsy, which affects my mobility and muscle tone. While I’m fortunate that my CP isn’t as severe as it could be, my condition means that anything involving my spine or nervous system comes with added concerns. I already deal with spasms and discomfort daily, and I’m a bit nervous about how this procedure might interact with that.
The doctor performing the procedure is Dr. Sailesh Arulkumar. Does anyone have experience with him or his practice? I’ve been trying to research him but haven’t found much beyond the basics.
I know this isn’t a super invasive surgery, but the idea of someone messing with my nerves is still intimidating. I’m also worried about the recovery process and whether my CP could complicate things. I know some of you are thinking "go talk to your doctor!" But I feel asking people he's dealt with gets me an more honest answer.
Any advice or personal stories would be incredibly helpful. I want to feel confident in my decision, but right now, I feel a little lost.

I've seen multiple airport movies use the strategy of taking airport employees hostage in order to do whatever they intend to do. In real life, what procedures or chain of command would prevent this? I mean, I could definitely see it working: First of all, one would really only have to take an individual employee hostage from each checkpoint, so that would make things a lot easier. As for the hostage part, they could easily find out information on the employees, especially in today's day and age with social media and everything online. FURTHERMORE, I would think that some people would hire specialists for this, which itself is also easy because of the dark web and stuff. So through all of that, I could definitely see someone, or a group of people selecting a single, (or multiple) people in order to bypass each checkpoint. Can you guys explain to me how this would not work in real life?
