Iād like to chime in here as someone who is going through this. Iām not paranoid or schizophrenic and I agree with you that a lot of these people are.
But there is some weird program going on with regular citizens using modular headlights to stalk and harass other vehicles (see Azoth the monk on YouTube). They also use triple digit registration plates often.
Revenge for hire also exists (see eBay stalking scandal on YouTube) it works kind of like that.

Unfortunately for my gangstalkers Iām still mentally sane and I have dash cam footage of them. Though I understand why some people end up breaking down and thinking that everyone is out to get them. I donāt feel that way at all. Iām one of the sane ones.
Other targeted individuals get upset when I tell them that āDirect Energy Weaponsā and āVoice To Skullā and āmind reading technologyā are fake.
Letās be real, itās probably the government doing this or people who work for them and have gone rogue. It will all come out in due time like Snowden and Assange.

Hi guys
I know this is not the exact sub to ask this question but since it is related to money so asking here.
I have a demat account in morgan stanley (my company opened it for me 2 years back), now I'm planning to sell some shares and want to have that money in my HDFC bank account.
There is a system of WIRE transfer to do so, I'll be using that.
But I'm not sure what to fill into the details for my HDFC bank, what should be the SWIFT code, account number and IFSC code.
I'm assuming that my local branch IFSC code will not be working there, I heard that payment will get denied if I use my local branch IFSC
If anyone has any experience in it, please share it with me

He said his name as "Sean Evans" and that he was with ICE. He asked me if I had signed a AR-11 form, which I have no reasons to do. I am an international student and haven't changed my address. He said he had a case lodged, and literally threated me that he would send cops to my house to arrest me now. This must be scam right? The number was from (202) - 732 - 5001 from Washington D.C.

Continuiamo a chattare e a salutarci di persona visto che frequentiamo ambienti in comune, fin quando dopo una ventina di giorni, stufo dai suoi comportamenti strani, minaccio di voler chiudere tutto. Improvvisamente, seppur ribadendo ancora i suoi problemi, mi propone di uscire. Anche questa serata ĆØ andata molto bene ed insieme si vede ancora che cāĆØ grande sintonia, perĆ² di nuovo, rimanda la terza uscita e sparisce per qualche giorno, per poi scrivermi che non si mette di impegno a far andare bene le cose e che ĆØ un periodo in cui non vuole vedere e sentire nessuno. 40h into my first actual playthrough in years and I feel a bit exhasted from all the management in this game. How do you guys go about that? Is there any way to play that alliviates this aspect or for that I must necessarily seek mods? I would firstly seek vanilla alternatives as I like achievements. I'm looking for something that can make this funnier as in less stressful, as I feel like too much management is required in order to progress, which makes it feel like it's taking forever to progress and I guess this is not quite what I want from this experience... Ofc this is a game with management in its core, but it feels too much for me to enjoy myself. So, I seek alternatives...

James Ellroy is a great American crime novelist.
I've read pretty much everything he has written. His early novels like Brown's Requiem and Killer on the Road are tight, standard LA crime novels.
He really broke through with The Black Dahlia, a crime novel set during the pre-WWII struggles in LA - the Zoot Suit Riot opens the book. The conceptual basis for his later work is inherent here - EVERYONE is corrupt and corruptible. Mainly cops. Even the innocent have something to hide and there are no innocents here. (It's a realistic view of the world.)
The Big Nowhere is the second novel in the loose LA Quartet series and a bleaker vision.
LA Confidential, his most well-known book and basis for the Academy Award winning film, continues that grand vision with a few of the same characters and deeper and darker conspiracies. Brilliant writing - terse and hard. Ellroy doesn't pull punches. His characters live in the writing.
My favorite is White Jazz. I think it's his best writing. There is a chapter in the book where a (evil bad) detective walks into a crime scene and analyzes everything he sees. Ellroy just tells - and it might be the best example of stream-of-consciousness writing I can think of.
After that, Ellroy dives deep into conspiracy territory with the American Tabloid series - the JFK, RFK and MLK assassinations. Good writing, but I tired after the rehashing of well-known theories and lost patience - but I also lost patience for another reason.
James Ellroy is a very bad person. Racism oozes out of every page from The Black Dahlia onward. He calls himself "The White Knight of the Far Right".
In his autobiography, My Dark Places, Ellroy shows some of where that darkness comes from. He believes that his mother, a woman who liked to party. was taken by a serial killer (see The Black Dahlia.) I think his reward for information regarding her murder still stands. He was a peeper, a stalker and a break-in artist in his youth. He joined the Nazi Party.
"Good evening peepers, prowlers, pederasts, panty-sniffers, punks and pimps. I'm James Ellroy, the demon dog with the hog-log, the foul owl with the death growl, the white knight of the far right, and the slick trick with the donkey dick. I'm the author of 16 books, masterpieces all; they precede all my future masterpieces. These books will leave you reamed, steamed and drycleaned, tie-dyed, swept to the side, true-blued, tattooed and bah fongooed. These are books for the whole fuckin' family, if the name of your family is Manson."
So, another good writer with feats of clay. I deal with this ambivalence in my own way, you do you.
