2025.01.23 18:44 MostlyCanadianGuy Which Posca Markers for Drawing Pokemon Characters?
What style and tip size Posca markers would someone need to be able to draw and color Pokemon characters, averaging 2x2 to 4x4 inches? I'm not so worried about filling out the background, I can pick up thicker tip variations down the road. I'm switching from Copic as they don't achieve the cartoon-ish look like Posca markers can.
Also, any recommendations for airbrush tools that are Posca compatible?

I know the common advice is to have a cat sitter stay at your home or at least come by once a day. I’ve done that a couple times but am now considering a longer trip and I feel bad for my poor cat being alone 23 hours a day for several weeks. Has anyone taken their cat to somebody else’s home to stay while they’re gone? I have a family member who has offered to take care of her at their home. They have no pets.

So. There's this DEI hire in my organization. He is African and on the autism spectrum. Unfortunately, he has done and said some pretty horrible things about other minorities. This was done by him literally doing the nazi salute on front of a group of people. I should also add that my grandmother was taken by the nazi's and forced into slavery as a 10 year old. I am a person with white skin who is 2 generations removed from slavery because of the nazi's. My grandmother was slavic and catholic.
The only reason why this man has been so successful is because he had one good idea, and now because of this he takes credit for other people's good ideas and hard work. Even if you can prove that the work is yours you will literally get no credit for it.
It sort of feels like that because he has autism and lots of power in the workplace that he shouldn't suffer the consequences for being a complete jerk, racist, and being a horrible boss.
This guy is also in his boss's pocket, so to speak. Because of this us underlings are unable to do anything to have him fired or deported. We want to report him to ICE. However, we are afraid for our own health and safety at this point. This man is a rascist bully who only cares about money, power, and who he can hurt.
What do we do?

So I'm one of the many who went to refill their script and got the sticker shock for how much Wegovy is. I'm working with my dr and my insurance, but if that falls through, what have people been doing to keep the weight off without the meds? I've lost like 30 pounds, and I just can't go back. I'm afraid the hunger is going to come back and get me, but I may try something like intermittent fasting or something. Just curious what everyone else who can't afford it or has come off it is doing to maintain or lose.

2025.01.23 18:44 DepartmentLarge6540 Are you upgrading to an S25U?
I'm really torn on whether or not it's finally time to upgrade my N20U. I've had my N20U since shortly after the phone launched. It still runs fairly well given its age but it's definitely slowed down a bit and the battery can't take a full day of moderate usage anymore without a midday charge. None of these are major problems for me as a WFH person though. I just feel like this may be the last year that Samsung offers a decent trade-in incentive for the device and it's hard to pass on the $600 value they are offering which makes the cost of an upgrade much more bearable. The S25U doesn't excite me very much though as I feel like every "Ultra" device since the N20U hasn't been any significant design/functionality improvement over the N20U. The only feature that would excite me about an upgrade would be getting a camera that could take decent/non-blurry action shots (ex. kid on a swing) ,but this has been the achilles heel of Samasung cameras forever and I fully expect the S25U to suck in this area like all other Samsung phones.
