Hello all, I’m currently 38 and been curious for a long time now. My last relationship ended a few months ago, and I have a couple of months break between work projects so part of me was thinking on taking the chance to experiment a bit and figure myself some more.
I have been curious about bottoming, but would like to be as safe in terms of getting medications and vaccines to prevent STIs.
I want to go to a clinic and ask for as many of them that are recommended, but I am unsure which ones should I ask for? I’ve mostly heard of Prep, HPV vaccines and monkeypox or something like that? But don’t know if there’s other must haves. A doc told me the HPV vaccine is mostly reserved for women and younger men, but wonder if it’d be good to ask for it if I’m planning to be active sexually.
Could anyone help me out in listing how many things should I ask for, or if there’s any suggestions to stay safe and healthy while exploring. I’ll use protection as much as possible, but I can see myself wanting to try without with the right person, or when trying oral.
I hope this doesn’t sound too ignorant, I appreciate any tips.
Also, if anyone is from Vancouver CA and can give me suggestions on which clinics are best for these requests or which version of the meds we use over here, I’d appreciate it!

So this is not specific to the bronco but that's what I have to work with. I have too many key fobs, even my motorcycles use keyless start. But my keychain is just toooo frustratingly packed!
I know I can seperat them into smaller keys, which I do-ish, but that comes with it's own frustrations(I have ADHD and misplace everything)
The bronco doesn't support phone-as-keys. Has anyone else seen any solutions to consolidate key fobs?

I struggle with aggressive Raynauds and tend to be miserable in showers unless I'm somewhere terribly hot and I can take cool shower. I have to use a space heater to heat the bathroom before showering and will still be miserable while in the shower. We have great water pressure, but the individual streams are so thin that it doesn't cover enough of my body to keep me warm unless I hold the showerhead almost against my skin. I need a showerhead that submerges me with water ... does this exist?

I am filling out a fellowship application off season for a current open position in a neurology subspecialty for 2025. I just want to confirm that I'm putting the right things. They have a section for professional experiences. Does that only include paid work as a physician outside of residency or med school, or does that include any volunteer work or research? There is no other section to put volunteer and research stuff so I just wasn't sure. As I have no actual pain work experience as a physician outside of residency, i would otherwise leave that spot blank but I don't want to if other experiences count. Thanks in advance.

Confused by symptoms (IBS)?
So, some background info, 57 yo male. I suffered from IBS in my youth, changed my diet then, increased exercise, and tried to remove stress (was going through a breakup). All good, cured!
In 2014, I again started to have abdominal issues and stomach issues. Visited the GP/Doc and got tested blood, stools, colonoscopy and endoscopy. The findings, mild gastritis around the duodenum. Took a course of PPIs for about 6 months all good.
Advance to today, back in December of 2024 I experienced a dull ache and nausea around the lower right quadrant. The ache travelled to just behind the lower ribs, on my back. It lasted just a day, but the following days & weeks I experienced a mix of diarrhoea and constipation, bloating with all the accompanying gurgles and noises. This progressed to an all too familiar burning in the centre of my chest, the same sensation I experienced in 2014 'Gastritis'.
I visited the GP/Doctor who obviously suspected Gas, Gastritis and/or Hpylori. I was given a full blood analysis, with the doctor saying they weren't just good, they were perfect in fact! The H Pylori test came back negative. Ive taken PPIs now for 2 weeks, the burning and stomach issues are gone, but the strange movable ache and occasional nausea persist on my lower right side.
During December my stool consistency and timings were all over the place, however today they are back to being regular and normal. This damn sensation of internal pulling, aches, nerve zaps and twinges, and as mentioned nausea have me confused, could it be my IBS returning, its been so long that my memory of its symptoms are vague, or odd gastritis symptoms?
note *Im not experiencing pain as such, just constantly aware of something is going on down there!
