Does anyone have any pointers on applying for internships? I have applied for so many and never get a response back or when I do I instantly get an email saying I am not qualified enough. I honestly thought I had enough qualifications for any internship but I guess not. I am currently a senior graduating may 2026, I have leadership experience in both target and heb where I moved up the ladder to a lead title position for both companies handling both companies finances and being placed in charge of budgeting and schedule managing and other stuff as well as running the floor. I even worked in an office setting where I gained hand on experience with accounting and other finances with an import and export company back home. What am I doing wrong? Any advice would be appreciated

While learning ow2 team composition, I understood Dive is not about hero picks but about playstyle. In wich you by whole team focus one enemy get free kill go back heal, restore your resources and then engage again for another kill.
And Winston has the worst type of wepon for that, it's weak against single enemy and strong against group of them, his secondary fire, wich was added far after he was considered as dive tank, is single target but it was made as long ranged mode of wepon and not like more powerfull but harder to aim and single target mode.
I'm also curious why Winston, D.va was the best dive tank combo ? If Winston isn't build for focusing one target, he could be replaced with other tank or even support cause this meta was before role Q,
Zen discord isn't very strong if your team isn't coordinated but in Dive it's like multiplying all team damage by 30%
Roadhog gameplay was one-shoting someone every 8s
Stuns like rock, sleep, hack whold be helpfull.
Zarya can't engage far as fast as D.va or wreacking ball, but can protect them with bubbles

Going to try and keep this brief but in summary - I left my last job because it was time. It was shift work, stressful and making me ill. I don’t regret leaving that job but I’m not sure the new one is right for me either.
In my old job I was looked up to, relied on to just do my job, which I did well, I was in a senior position. I left it for a better work life balance and less stress.
I took a new job, something in my area but a role I’ve never had before in management. The hours are better, the job less stressful (I go home and I can switch off) The team overall seem good but management are so particular. There’s no room for using your own ideas yet your then moaned at for not having ideas! Micro managing goes on and there are cameras which were sold as ‘for safety’ but they use them to watch staff performing.
It’s a good salary as well which was also a carrot, the best paid of this position I’ve seen.
I just don’t know what to do. I feel like if I leave soon I can just erase this job from my cv (I’ve only been here 7-8 weeks) but if I leave it too long but not ‘long enough’ it will seem odd
I keep flip flopping and it’s driving me bonkers Any advice
