Hello everyone!! i took my NCLEX at 8AM today in florida, did the pearson vue trick and got the good pop up!! My question is, since i applied for the multi-state license, will my license number available on MQA tomorrow? or will i have to wait to see if it’s there on nursys? Will it update to nursys tomorrow at 8am like MQA? i’m stressed because i just want to know if ill be able to see my license tomorrow due to the fact i applied for a multi-state. Starting a few hours ago, my Home feed will load no posts at all. It just says empty like I’m not part of any communities. Google says no problems at Reddit- is anyone else having this issue?? Mom's location was bought by a competitor who then reduced her hours to 0 but didn't fire or lay her off. She immediately found another job but now they said she is eligible for healthcare because she's technically still employed there and she needs to pay for it or resign. Any tips for mom? Location: Quebec
I had some Questions in the main body below, but my main things I'm looking for:
Q1: Where can I or my mom go to get the downlow on her rights after being reduced to basically 0 hours by employer but not actually formally fired?
Q2: Do you think we can just ask for some money and then resign in this situation? If so, what would an appropriate amount of money be? This was almost minimum wage unskilled work.
Q3: What do you think is going on with the part about Healthcare? Not sure why now they are insistent about her paying for it, or resigning?
Background info:
Corp has kept mom 'employed' after cutting hours to 0 about 6 months ago. They recently said because she's now at 2 year mark(despite basically not working for last 6 months there) she's now eligible for Healthcare. They said she has to pay the premium for the Healthcare or resign.
She's a Ukrainian refugee so here on temp work visa(we hope her to be approved for PR soon). AFAIK she is eligible for EI because she worked and paid taxes therefore contributing to it right. But she got another job right away when they cut her hours so not sure what their concern would be with regards to EI (why do companies worry about this anyways, are they paying part of it or something?)
Another thought, this current Corp is a competitor to her previous employer who bought out this location, maybe they had a clause about not firing anyone after the acquisition?
She never took a copy of her contract and her accounting dept kinda acted weird when she asked for it. Feels fishy. Maybe they we're doing something weird with regards to her employment? This is a monotholic company, has a semi-monopoly in this industry with two competitors(one of whom they bought this location from). I assume everything is above board due to the size of the company but maybe they did something weird in this case, are we obligated to be provided the contract if we ask for it?
My mom doesn't speak En and barely speaks Fr and can't really figure this stuff on her own. She's used to doing things informally as they do in Ukraine but just want to make sure she's not getting screwed somehow. She said she's too tired to deal with this and will just resign as they asked. Any advice is appreciated, thank you.

2025.01.23 19:41 brookmachine This game got very suddenly overwhelming this week!
I was cruising along doing the quests with no issue then bam! I got the “create your own dye station” quest. Followed by the crafting station quest. I have zero interest in having my own dye or craft stations and it’s a huge waste of resources, but I’ve spent days trying to save up what I need to finish them. I did the crafting station today, but I don’t have enough for the dye station yet. Then I unlocked the critter furniture quest, and the crafting challenge quest. Awesome. These are also going to take forever. Then today I unlocked the wish me mell make a trowel quest and I’m completely tapped out on wood and iron. Plus I just did the piano sheep quest that required a bunch of sticks. But I do have 5 characters at best friend status that can finally help me gather some of the harder items so that does help a little. This game went from cruising to frustrating real quick.

I just got my car stolen by the police, cause I couldn’t afford to get it re-registered. This fat motherfucker didn’t give a single fuck. Made me sit out in the cold while we waited for the tow truck. I wanted to kick this fat bitch in the back of his knees and drive off. After all was said and done, my autism kicked in and I said “have a nice day”. I hate that I’ve fucking trained myself to be polite at all times. Why the fuck would I say that?

I have read a bunch of Romione fanfics that include missing moments from deathly hallows or the events from Ron/Hermione’s perspective, both one-shots and longer stories, but I’m not sure if I’ve seen any that include the cafe attack after they flee the wedding. A lot of them include them fleeing the wedding and then cut to them settling in Grimmauld place. Does anyone have any recommendations for fics that include that scene?

Hi, My Mal pup just turned 8 months old. The precision and now the speed (when I am going from one ask to another) in which he performs on the various things we work on is astonishing. I am so proud of my lil dude!
He has super high prey and food drive…which leads me to my question. Of all the aspects of his training, from house manners, to simple obedience, to now trying to take his obedience to a more advanced level, OUT was, and still is to a degree, the most challenging thing to teach. I have him at a place where out is close to 100% IF there is no competition for the thing I want him to out. However, if we are in the middle of a tug or he has caught the end of the flirt pole, he won’t give it up. With the flirt toy, he will out it, but cover it with his paws. In the tug, he will not turn loose of his death grip if there is pressure on the tug when I give the command. As soon as I release the pressure (pulling against him), he outs immediately (provided I have given the command to). I attribute the difficulty in teaching this as due to his high prey drive and his competitive nature. I’ve worked on this since he was a young pup. Just to get him to out period (tension or none) took the longest of any basic command to see results. Again, the results are very consistent if there is competition for the thing I want him to out.
I watched a ton of videos and tried various things, none that work well. I can get him to out if I shove a treat up to his nose while the tugging is going on, but I don’t always have a treat handy and that’s really not what I want to do. I want him to release on command like he does when no competition is going on.
Anyone have a similar experience or suggestions as to how to overcome this? I’ve done the food to nose, the dual Starmark balls (balls on ropes, these helped me perfect the out without pressure), dual tugs, etc… I’ve taught him the switch command, but that is successful like 10% of the time. He does not want to let go of anything that is in his mouth in the middle of competition for it. Thanks!
