So i recently took my switch lite to a repair shop and i ask for the two joystick to be replaced and i bought the replacement so i just needed them to do the installation.
And since the repairer had his plate full i had to return tomorrow to get my switch back. So i did and when i got tt back oh boy it was a mess.
The left joystick when pressed will turn on or off the switch
The down arrow key when pressed will also turn up the volume
And the brightness button doesn't work anymore leaving it brighter than my future

I don't know what to do any more. I'm about to lose my shit. Went to the ER in December. For context I have pre existing back issues and they flared up. It was the worst flare up I have had in years. Usually I just tough it out, but I was genuinely worried that I caused more damage and was hoping the ER would do an MRI or at least an x ray to make sure it wasn't something super serious going on and just a flare up. Keep getting emails for a hospital I've never been too, or so it seems. Turns out I was billed once by the ER and then separately by the doctor at the ER. Both were in network, and I have been assured by the insurance company BCBS that this is fine and perfectly normal. For the doctor the only charge listed is for "emergency services", and like okay, fine, she technically stepped in the room and spoke to me for 2 seconds, so valid I guess, but then there are 5 charges by the facility, the first being "emergency services". I have been assured that this is completely allowed since it technically wasn't the hospital billing me twice for it, it was the facility and the doctor separately. Sounds like bs since it's the doctor I saw at the facility, but okay fine, whatever. The other 4 charges by the facility are 2 injections. For each injection I was charged first for the cost of the medicine, and then separately for them to give me the injection. Now this may not seem that wild, but I was charged around $40 for one med and around $70 for the other, and the cost of GIVING ME THE INJECTION was almost $300 EACH after the cost of medication. So to clarify insurance was charged a "emergency services fee" by both the ER directly and the doctor. $40 for one med $70 for the other and then 2 charges just under $300 for them to give me the medications I was already paying for. My insurance is 80/20, so the 20% that I owe out of pocket in total they said was $698. They said they have already paid THOUSANDS on their end for this one ER visit. Again to be sure all the context is there: I went to the ER, filled out paper work, waited almost 2 hrs to be seen, saw the doctor for under 5 minutes, was given 2 injections, have insurance, and still owe over $600. They didn't run UA the didn't do any blood work, they didn't do an x ray, ct, or mri. When I asked the insurance company how it was possible that I had 2 charges for "emergency services", charges for the medication, and charges to be given the medication, they said "it's within the hospitals rights to charge the maximum that we allow them to charge." And my next question was, of course, "why do you guys allow them to charge that much? That's more than the cost of supplies, medication, and labor. I don't understand why there's not a cap on what they can charge to make it reflect the actual cost that the facility incurred due to the services provided?" And the insurance lady's response was, "I don't make those decisions." So I guess I'm just gonna let that go to collections.

My V choices because im weirdly particular about them -
my number one design inspo for V is Mello from Deathnote
so i try to make my V look young (to also seem around David Martinez's age of 17-21) and androgenous
but kinda look abit like me (short jawline with a pointy nose)
i prefer to make her look plain so no crazy makeup, no painted nails, no crazy hairstyle/colours, normal everyday clothes (a rarity in night city)
act 1: i give my V a blackeye (the start of the streetkid beginning V starts by talking about how she was jumped, hence blackeye)
act 1: just before the Arisaka heist, i buy the mantis blades, because the cyberpunk E3 2019 trailer, The male V has mantis blades, so its a nice little cannonical link (plus theyre cool)
act 2: i give V more in tattoos and cyberwear, new eyes, and purchase the "jen rowley" as its my personal favourite car, and the perfect "merc" car IMO (shes in the big legues now, gotta look the part} plus more military style clothing as it begins to unlock (my style)
act 2: I also buy two "safehouses" in japantown and or sunset motel for headcannon reasons (V's a wanted criminal, cant just pack up and go back home after a big heist)

For context, I'm in 6th form so i can wear my own clothes to school, which is quite far away. I also don't really get stressed (a blessing, I suppose) and I'm seeing someone for that- we aren't sure if it is something legitimately wrong or something mental or whatever, but it could apply here, idk?
So I get a coach organised by my school to and from there every day. In the morning, it's early so we're all quiet, but after school we chat and have a good time. There's only 1 or 2 other 6th formers and everyone else is in the years below, but a few of the yr 10s and 11s sit and chat with us- all fun and games.
Today, the bus wouldn't start so we were all sat on the coach for an hour still in the car park of the school and decided to play 'Psych!' (Where there are pre-generated questions and it fills in the players' names for everyone to put the funniest/best response and be voted on to win), and the question 'If X (me) won an award, what would it be for?' The responses were all good except one that said 'being fat'.
(Now, I'm no size 8- more like size 14- but I do have quite large boobs that often makes my clothing look unflattering.)
The boy in question is 14/15 and on the autism spectrum, but we all knew it was him as he'd asked if we could be rude and, thinking he meant swearing or dark humour, we all confirmed. When the responses were displayed for voting, there was a resounding "Ooh" or "That's not..." and they pretty much all glanced at me. I shrugged and the kid was defensive, but not apologetic at all.
I wasn't going to take this to heart; I've struggled with my weight since COVID due to PCOS and am aware of how I look sometimes, but nobody asked him to apologise or said anything in my defense. One boy did kind of check on me, but I really wasn't bothered- I guess its hard to actually appear unbothered and not just embarassed in this situation- but should I be offended? Did he mean it to be rude?

My placenta has been low lying this whole pregnancy (FTM) at my 20 week was 0.9cm from cervix, at my 32 week was 1.8cm from cervix
They are going to check again at 36 weeks.. Anyone been in a similar situation? What happened?
I'm not scared of a c section but have read some people give birth prematurely so wondered how concerned I should be of that with the current 1.8cm distance?
