Una pregunta, tengo mi series x, tiene aproximadamente como un 1 año y desde hace una semana he estado presentando sobrecalentamiento y me saca de los juegos, toco mi xbox y no esta caliente, no está haciendo un ruido exagerado, de temperatura está normal, el ventilador está girando, no se a q se deba. We are currently trying to set up our yearly compensation review process which included Merit, Bonus and LTIP. Im having some issues for the configurable Grid. The merit tab and the bonus are good. The LTIP tab im having problems. The LTIP is supposed to be calculated on the new salary increase coming from the Merit % recommendation. When i set up my Grid, the LTIP is always calculated on the current salary. I saw a video that you could lock the LTIP recommendation % and it would only unlock if you put a % in the Merit % of that person. Please i need help.

2025.01.23 23:11 26kanninchen With so much unknown in the future of America's Healthcare and education systems, is it risky to start occupational therapy school right now?
I was originally trained to be a science teacher, and majored in education and natural sciences for my Bachelor's degree. Teaching ended up not being the right path for me. I'm currently working as a caseworker for a public assistance program while trying to figure out my next steps.
I've decided I want to pursue a Master of Occupational Therapy degree and become a licensed occupational therapist. Ideally, I would love to work for an early intervention program, but would be willing to work with older children or adults if needed.
The problem is, a large percentage of occupational therapy jobs where I live are funded by school districts or by Medicaid. Given that the new US president wants to make major changes to the education system and how it's funded, and a lot of new Congress members have ideas for changes to Medicaid, I'm kind of worried that there will be far fewer OT jobs available three years from now than there are now.
I really want to pursue this career, but I don't want to spend several years and tens of thousands of dollars on a degree only to end up unemployable.
What do y'all think? Should I be concerned about my future job security, or am I overthinking this?

Me and my partner are long distance. He brings up me being loyal(which I never have been), and it just leads me to believe he’s projecting his behaviors. I’m only hesitant because I know trust is the foundation of a relationship, so I should trust him. BUT, i feel like a test could give me some closure. I have an old snap that me and a friend made to play jokes on our friends. I thought I could use that account, add him, and start flirting to see how he behaves. I don’t want to do it alone though, I want to have someone to talk to while it’s happening just for some comfort. The problem is, none of my friends like to hear about our relationship. None of them would really be by my side. Should I even do it?

Just wanted to say has this been anyone else’s experience? After 24 hours too. I got all my points back and I got the taxes refunded. I know Deltas policy specifically states there’s a penalty for cancelling BE award flights but curious if that changed recently or I just got lucky with a bug in the system.

 | Finding fanart for every colour is gonna be tough, but here's a demure Biscuit Acara by user aurorawolf106 I think this might be one of the only polls that has this result, but every single species got at least one vote! First place went to Aisha with 16.3%, not super surprising it is sort of the perfect baby. Second place went to Pteri with 11.9%, we love a novelty! Click here for the Best Species of Each Colour Poll Series - Biscuit I suspect Biscuit is gonna be one of those colours that would have benefitted from a bit more time to 'bake', pun intended. TNT is really on one with some of the newer pets and I think you can see a steady rise in quality with the release timeline. Starting off strong we have to acknowledge Blumaroo, that candy coating is too cute, and the fact it's a wearable for possible crosspainting is so fun. Moehog is another recent release, it's mane, stripes, and horn being made of chocolate was a really fun idea. How perfect is Skeith? Taking a bite out of it's own arm? Inspired. Love that chocolate chip tail too! I bet a lot of these guys lend themselves to themed customs involving bakeries or chocolate shops, and it's a really solid base form for that. Of course have to compliment the more heavily designed pets but not a bad Tier 2 colour overall! Have a biscuit pet? Let's see your custom! I think if folks showed off their own versions of some of these colours we might feel a bit more inspired, and it could even sway our votes!
