Hello, So I am a lightweight at 125 pounds, scrawny and thin build, and I sleep primarily on my back. I have lower back pain and am trying to find a mattress at about $2,000 or less, but I am willing to go higher.
I was considering a Sleep Number Mattress, either a C2 or a P5 or potentially a Purple Restore Mattress.

Hi, i just landed a dream job in the UK for an international organization. (I'm from another country in europe).
They communicate me that now i will be needed to undergo a background check with Sterling background check company.
My concern is that i've partially lied on my cv (i know i'm a dumbass) and i inserted, for my last job (a consulting job) some tasks that i never performed. My employer is true but I've divided my latest experience saying that i worked for two client (without naming names): one real client with real tasks that i've performed and one fake client with fake tasks. (The fake one are the ones that aligns with the position i was selected for..)
I said that i worked for a type of client and performed task that i never did.
All others info in the cv are true such as employers, date, degrees, etc.
They told me that the background check can take up to 6 weeks, it will contain employment, criminal and credit checks. They told me the process can be quicker if i provide a legitimate email address for my employers, along with a supervisor name
This freaks me out also because my Company is a small one, really gossiping environment and i'm pretty sure no one likes me. My supervisor included.
What type of information will be gained by sterling? Are they able to find out what i did on my cv? Any advice? Am i fucked?

2025.01.24 00:40 cmkane39 Ironwood Grill turned off halfway through
Hi, new user here. Got the grill 2 weeks ago used it 2 times before now. 1st time was seasoning and then a quick steak 1.5hrs . Next was braised short ribs for 5 hours.
I didn't clean the auger because I had heard 4-6 times after using was the sweet spot. Went to use it tonight for burgers. Got the temp up to 375 and everything was going fine until I flipped the burgers. The app showed that the grill went into sleep mode. Then after igniting the grill again the temp just kept falling.
Side note I'm in Illinois and it was 17 degrees tonight but baffled since the first half of grilling went well. Do you think its poor airflow do to not cleaning, the cold or combo of both?
