The other day i had an on-line conversation with some unknown to me people and they said that it's too late for me now to be fixed. They said that the very fact that i'm still sinlge means that i lack basic social skills that a primary school child already has and that i should visit a therapist asap. I have always been kinda nerdy and a bookworm. And yet i'm an unemployed loser still living with my parents. I have too degrees and i can't find a job in the country i live. Maybe i should travel to another country and find a job there i dunno. But they said the problem is me because i' m not trying enough to find someone. I told them that probably it's not how i behave but how i look and i can't do anything anymore because i already did everything within my power to look more attractive. But let's be honest here, if i was truly good-looking, i would have found someone by now, no matter how introverted i am. I am very I am very eloquent (in my native language), i'm polite, i never say embarassing things to the others and i'm well-mannered. I know how to initiate small-talk . But they assumed that i lack social skills because i'm lonely. And they blamed it all on me and my behaviour. But they don't understand that i'm lonely because i have no other choice. People don't approach me and i just don't want to take the initiative and approach the others lest i look like a weirdo

I love my fiance I truly do but I'm starting to feel unhappy we don't live together partly because he still lives at home due to his parents being older and they need help with some things which is fine I'm not against him staying home but his mother is horrible for starters she completely disrespected me and sometimes he tries to talk to her about it but it's just makes her hate me more if he defends me she's also overly obsessed with her son he doesn't allow her to walk all over him by any means like I wouldn't consider him a mamas boy but she's crazy about him she calls him her husband if I'm around gets extremely touchy with him she tried to kiss his neck two or three times already and he gets mad and tells her to stop but she has said I'll never be better than her and that I'll be a horrible wife for him and idk what to do I don't feel like I should let this effect me so much but it makes the relationship hard to deal with I feel miserable being around her so aita for reconsidering my relationship

Recently finished rereading the series, first time actually READING it and not watching. Pretty cool differences. BUTTT it is still plot that killed Light Yagami and not anything else. Mello not being killed by Papa Yagami. Papa Yagami had the eyes, how did he not notice the trap? How did he not say Mellos name to Light on his deathbed? And the “I switched the death note” thing yada yada. Near only really won because of plot..
I just wanted to say, I think that there’s solid proof in the theory that Lights a shinigami now? In the manga they say that normal people go to “mu (nothingness)” when they die. I find the specific concept of Death preceding Life intriguing. Likewise the figure of Desire which is associated instead with Yam in the Ugaritic texts, particularly the Ba'al cycle.
Beyond that, also within Ba'al when the Victorious One concedes to Mot, He and a "Heifer" (real obscure symbolism here, folks) apparently go at it all night right before He's to be swallowed up forever. The only real interpretation I've seen of this is His intent was to produce an Heir since it's noted explicitly a Son was born of this. Mot even threatened Baal's apparently yet-unconceived Heir before this. But what Heir?
Well, in my mind, Milqart is the logical conclusion being Baal's and Ashtart's Son by at least some accounts. I also personally equate Him with Milku attested at Ugarit. Milku is also called Malku-Alami, "King of Eternity", and Rapiu (KTU 1.108) representing His role as King of the Rapauma, the Denizens of Underworld (although the Ugaritic term was used especially in reference to Ancestral Heroes). This would seem to track well with what we know about Milqart from elsewhere, symbolized by His symbolic wielding of both Life and Death (Axe).
My interpretation, therefore, is this: We saw Shapshu ruling against Mot evidently with the authority of El behind it just as the Sphere of Day's glory reflects His immense kindness towards all living things. I believe with this, Baal's entire House had been effectively given authority over Mot by default just as the latter had sought to swallow it whole. This means Ba'al could do something like placing His Heir over what was formerly Mot's domain which would make perfect sense for Him to do. This would also fit with Yam (as Nahar) apparently showing up as Mot's Cupbearer after being defeated by Ba'al and Kothar-wa-Khasis. Ba'al is even seemingly invited in the epilogue to traverse the Underworld with Shapshu and Kothar.
It works out well for just about everyone. Milqart's City doesn't seem like such a bad place to spend eternity if you know how to conduct yourself. It's even called Betu-Hupthti, "House of Freedom". The Ba'al cycle also represents the cycle of Life and Death in general. While the people of Ugarit would have understood this primarily in the context of their annual "wet" and "dry" seasons, such a cycle in general is very ubiquitous across cultures allowing everyone a great opportunity to widen their perspective on it.
For me, what this all would probably mean is Mot's place in the cosmic order is immovable, however, it is the House of Ba'al, the Friend of Humanity's Holy Mountain, which triumphs. In my mind, Ba'al is a story about goodness: It is a story of rising to meet monumental challenges, of a Sister Who would do anything for Her Brother, and of even the mighty El the Bull reduced to weeping upon realizing He had been unfair to the ambitious Son of Dagan. This amazing piece of human reflection on the Divine displays, in my view, how the Gods may even grapple through pain and regret to emerge greater just as we often must, and that's very special to me and how I understand them.

So I misused my gtc. Honestly i dont have a good reason for it. Apparently one of the charges I used it for got flagged and my unit is only asking about the one charge. I still have a crap ton of other charges on it. They want me to write a memo stating what happened and honestly I’m not sure if I just tell them about the one charge or the entire misuse of it.
I actually submitted payment to have the card paid off and will say that in the memo. Also had to redo the training on the gtc and stuff.
Basically im asking if I should come clean with the entirety of my misuse or just the one incident.

Tried Mounjaro for a month and yes the food noise went away but the following issues came up:

Pros - No food noise - Fast Acting
If you’re rich & jobless & have no worries about losing muscle mass & hair please give these drugs a try.
Everyone’s experience is different but I actually feel better if I binge off this medicine than eating a small meal on it, insane.
Hopefully others have success and not as bad side effects.

It’s going on two years since I bought my new construction house and I’m looking into getting a water softener installed. For context, I live in San Antonio, Tx where the water is VERY hard and have never flushed and cleaned my water heater.
It seems like everybody and their mother has a company that sells and installs water softener. How do I filter out which company is best to use? Do I just go through the long work of getting in-person quotes?
I also don’t really know too much about water softeners so is there any information I should be on the lookout for when comparing different models? Don’t they all just do the same thing? Which one is right for my house?
Also, should they have to flush and clean the water heater before installing or will I still have to get that done after the fact?
