Hola, estoy considerando conseguirme una bici para ir al laburo hasta que consiga suficiente guita para un auto (Ponele que a fin de año recién pueda costearme un auto).
Tengo entre 10 a 11 kilómetros de mi casa hasta el parque industrial donde laburo(en Google maps me marca que me los puedo recorrer en media hora), entro a las 12:30 y salgo a las 21:00 (21:10 gracias al lerdo de seguridad).
Siento que estoy diciendo mucho pero vivo en Pablo Modesta y el parque industrial esta en Hurlingham al lado del Buen Ayre, si alguien es de por ahí ¿me podría decir si es muy jodido a la noche Hurlingham para andar circulando?
¿Conviene la Bici o me sigo bancando los bondis chotos que tengo hasta conseguir el auto?

This might be a random question but one of my hobbies is keeping house plants and gardening. I've seen some plants in Daiso, Ikea, and some in plant/ flower stores (though they were really expensive) and I was wondering if there is anywhere I should be looking. When I lived in Japan, Joyful Honda had a huge garden center and Cainz also had great plants and gardening supplies. Now living in Korea, I'm a little unsure where I should look. As what I've seen has not been the best variety or price. My mother-in-law gave me a hydro planter last year for my birthday so I really want to try to grow some herbs or veggies besides traditional house plants. Photo of some of my house plants I had in Japan, one of the monsteras was propagated from a small cutting a friend gave me.

I just got a bill from Metergy for $290 for the last month. My old building had heating included so was never a concern, but in my new condo it's through Metergy so I'm finding all sorts of surprises about my usage every couple months.
For the fall my bill was around $120 which I thought was high but figured it was due to turning the electric heaters on. But now it's at 290.
I usually have the two baseboard heaters set to 72f which is about 22c, but I didn't think it was that high.
My biggest mistake I realize now is not turning the heaters off when I'm gone during the day, but will definitely be doing that.
Still does $290 sound right?
Yes I know I'm an idiot for leaving the heat on all the time.

The governments make the hardworking people pay a lot of tax but give a lot of welfare to the unemployed people. It’s ok if they are really old or disabled. They have special needs. But some people deliberately have babies, one by one, one after one. They have got tons of universal benefits because the number of children they have. They claim that they have to stay at home to take care of the children. In fact, the eldest children are old enough to take care of the baby siblings. But this kind of practice is unhealthy. What can the children learn from these kind of parents? Taking advantages of hardworking taxpayers?

Hi!! so I've lived in America since i was 6 and am still currently I'm now a 17 year old on h4 visa. I am currently in my second semester of freshman year(pursuing undergraduate). I might most likely want to pursue a job in here later, if possible. I am currently debating about which major I should currently choose. I really like anything business and my university is known for the business college, so I was planning on applying to business college(40% acceptance rate) during my fall of sophomore year to pursue supply chain management because SCM is something I'm really interested in. If I don't get into the business college, I plan on just pursuing applied engineering with a supply chain management concentration. Based on the later job market, I might switch to data science if none of these routes work out. I just wanted some advice right now if this is smart plan or not. Any type of advice and recommendations would really help me make a decision and I would really appreciate it.
