How do I write affirmations to look like someone. So I just keep typing affirmations like ‘’my nose is the same as x’s nose’’, ‘’my lips is the same as x’s nose’’ but how do I make it more effective?
Also when I make subliminals, I go to CapCut and use text to speech then layer rain sounds over it but make the voice robot like 13% volume. I don’t know if that’s effective or if your subconscious can hear it

-Applied 11/24 -Interviewed very early 12/24 (was told I would know the outcome by end of week, 2 days after interview) -Heard nothing and reached out to the interviewer after a little over a week. -received a reply at the end of 12/24 that the job was on hold and they were waiting on updates from HR.
The job posting is still under “reviewing applications” status, I’ve been through the process and I know and understand the process as a whole takes time. Not sure if it has to do with the current hiring freeze, or if the DHA is still having budgeting issues (if so why even open the position 🙄), or both? Anybody have any insight?

I currently have the T Rice Pro, but I'm thinking of returning it to get a Proto Synthesis. I demo'd the Proto Synthesis last week and loved it more because of its edge-to-edge control. I know Lib Tech is known for their Magnetraction, and it works wonders. I haven't pulled the trigger yet because it seems like the T Rice Pro seems to be the better board long term. Any suggestions?

I'm currently a third year medical student in an US-MD school. I recently found out after my M3 surgery rotation that I really want to pursue surgery. I don't see myself doing anything else. But I do have one situation, I failed my step 1 the first time. I had a family emergency the week of my step 1 and it was chaos. I did pass it on my second try.
But one of my school advisors has been saying that students that don't pass step 1 first try will get little to no interviews for gen surg? What are my chances for real?
I have research experience, volunteer work, leadership, everything. I have honored every rotation except IM. I'm unaware of what quartile I'm in.
I was under the impression that my step 2 could make up for this red flag, I'll be taking it this year.
What do you guys think?

She is 6 months old and has been here for 3 days, she tolerates our presence but doesn't allow us to pet her or get close to her. At night she cries very sadly, is heartbreaking to hear and we don't know what to do, is this normal? should we check on her or ignore it? are we doing something wrong?

I'm looking for a good crossbody Coach bag for a trip and need something lightweight and well-secured because I'll be walking around a lot and don't want anything too heavy (or too easily snatchable!).
Style matters, but I think I can work with different ones, I'll be doing casual walks and can use another one of my bags for dinners and stuff like that. But I've read some Coach articles about the Swinger, the Klare Crossbody, and the Mini Camera Bag here https://coach-bags.co.uk/, and I need the one that's the most practical.

 | Hi. I'm a 31F that have headaches since I was 4. Also, I have atopic dermatitis, dust mite allergy and severe nickel allergy. Until I was a teen, I was in the doctor every other week and they prescribed me NSAIDs, antihistamines, corticosteroids, and antibiotics (because they thought it was sinusitis). When I turned 18 I was diagnosed with psoriasis, but, however, it's limited to my scalp, and an ear, but it disturbs me a lot because it's quite itchy. Also, of the medicines my doctors prescribe, practically every 9 out of 10 make me feel sick. When I was in my early 20s I looked for information and found I have severe histamine intolerance. (In between I found I had SIBO, but treated and cured it). However, despite having reduced my histamine intake, supplemeting with DAO, when I reached into my 30s I got a sudden severe worsening in my overall health state. I discovered thanks to this group and others that I have slow COMT and homozygous CBS. Currently taking every day: - A vitamin supplement of: 100 mg B1/ 150 mg B6/ 1500 mcg B12 (in the forms of: Thiamine / Pyridoxine / Hydroxocobalamin - i.e.: Not mehyl forms). - 2 x 400 mg molybdenum - DAO supplement for every food. - Probiotics: Lactobacillus plantarum 299v in the morning / Lactobacillus Rhamnosus GG with the lunch / Bifidobacterium Longum BB536 in the night. - 1.5 g of Zeolite/Bentonite with every food. I've discovered this by chance and, despite of the conflicting views I found is the supplement that as of today have helped me the most, allowing to improve my health state by a lot. However, I'm still not quite right. Is there anything else I can do to improve? My current symptoms (or at least those that bother me the most), in addition to those already mentioned, are: fatigue, headache (with blurry vision), muscle pain and psoriasis.
