 | IIT Bombay conducted a talk on 'Garbh Vigyan - The science of getting good progeny'. The person, an “Ayurveda expert”, who gave the talk, is a PhD in 'Nyaya Shastra' from 'Sanskruti Arya Gurukulam'. But the said university is not in the approved list of UGC and hence, he holds an invalid PhD. An IIT’s official said the seminar is organised by the institute's Sanskrit Cell and will be conducted by an expert in Ayurveda and it is not pseudoscience. "It is not a politically sensitive issue and therefore it did not go to the institute's review committee. Indian knowledge and science should be analysed and should remain open for discussion.  | So, Baizhu is my favourite character in the game and I'm working on pulling him (hoping the luck gods are on my side) after losing the 50/50 to Keqing. I'm a new player (only started late December on Xbox) and I'm adventure rank 45. I lucked out pulling both zhongli and Nuevillette when they were on banners in December. I'd prefer to keep neuvi in the team for his nuts dps and maybe Zhongli but I'm open to suggestions. I don't really follow or care about meta so I don't care if the characters suggested aren't the most powerful, but of the team I have and the characters I have, I'm just wondering who to swap for Baizhu and if I should change any of the other characters either. I've only actually built Traveller, Fischl, Bennett, Zhongli and Nuevillette but I've got a build waiting for Baizhu and I'm happy to build any others that work with him or my current team. I'm curious, what if Silk Road was designed to be a decentralized market, without the illegal elements and criminal stigma attached? Ross and his programmers obviously designed an e-commerce site, with p2p crypto transactions, which operated successfully. Besides the tricky tax implications, how could it have reshaped product pricing related to Amazon/eBay.... I think it could have been exponentially more profitable if it matured like big online retail, with the added feature of crypto payments. Is it logical to think a crypto success like that would have supercharged crypto adoption exponentially when businesses see a crypto payment platform that works and jumps onboard? I know this is a simplistic take but I'd like to hear some "what if?" possibilities.

Hace unos 10 años o más ví una película es algún canal de la tele, probablemente Disney Chanel o nickelodeon, y ahora no recuerdo el nombre. La película tenía como protagonista a un estudiante, adolescente, que asistía a una escuela como súper antigua, en un castillo re viejo. Recuerdo que él hablaba con un fantasma que había muerto hace mucho tiempo por hacer trampa o por perder en un juego de cartas, lo habían tirado de la torre donde jugaban. Recuerdo un lugar del castillo donde había tanques con un liquido verde, y una camara donde creo que encerraban a alguien. El actor del fantasma se veía también bastante joven, y había un salón que tenía mesas de madera antigua, los profesores o la gente que andaba por ahí parecía mala. No estoy seguro pero tal vez al que querían meter a la camara para desaparecerlo era al fantasma.
Se que no es tanto detalle, pero si alguien sabe cuál podría ser, voy a estar super agradecido

Hi, I’m new here. I recently had a lumbar puncture for a recent mystery illness (headaches/pressure behind eyes + fever for ~8 days). Pretty much everything likely was ruled out (flu/covid/meningitis) but because I have IIH my neurologist suggested LP to check if it was intracranial pressure (I am on diamox for the IIH and luckily respond great to it).
Unfortunately, I suffered a CSF leak from this LP (tremors and horrible headaches upon sitting up/standing and immediate relief laying down). Day 2 after LP was able to get a blood patch. i’ve had one LP previously to diagnose the IIH, and naively thought it would be fine this time because I was feeling great and worked the day after first LP. The blood patch thankfully gave me instant relief after an hour of laying flat at the hospital.
Has anyone had a CSF leak due to LP, and did the blood patch help the first try? I’m very worried about potentially blowing the patch, especially with my IIH. Neurologist’s office said to wait 24 hrs to resume diamox, but wondering if I should take it now? I have laid off since LP due to low pressure + CSF leak, but I’m worried there may be rebound pressure without the diamox for 24hrs.
