All in One Launcher Startup Error

When I boot up the all in one launcher I get the below error as a popup:
System.UnauthorizedAccessException
Access to the path is denied.
at System.IO.FileSystem.MoveFile(String sourceFullPath, String destFullPath, Boolean overwrite)
at AllInOneLauncher.Core.Managers.LauncherUpdateManager.CheckForUpdates()
The game works fine otherwise, but I'm assuming this is an issue with it updating. Anyone know what this is and if there a fix for this outside of just reinstalling?

2025.01.24 01:30 TopDogBBQ [homemade] Hoisin Glazed Salmon
Hoisin Glaze:
Juice of 2 limes
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/3 cup hoisin sauce
1 inch piece fresh ginger (peeled and chopped, 1 1/2)
2 cloves garlic (pressed)
Place all the ingredients for the glaze in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
Place a medium skillet over medium high heat. Add the prepared glaze, reserving 1/4 cup in a small bowl. Simmer until the glaze has reduced and thickened into a syrup, about 15 minutes.
Remove pan from the heat and brush the salmon with a thin layer of the thickened glaze.
Cucumber Slaw:
1 cucumber, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
1 avocado
1 jalapeño
Rice vinegar, splash
Honey
Bang Bang Sauce:
1/2 cup mayo
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp sriracha
2 garlic cloves, minced

I just noticed that my upload speeds are not listed in my UDM SE. All download speeds are listed but upload has zero? Looks like it been like this for a couple weeks. Has anyone else seen this issue? I'm getting both speeds when test are run.

Does anybody know a way to accelerate the refund and support process with ncase, I'm on their website and their live chat says that they're online but they're not responding.. I'm now reading lots of very un happy customers with the customer service department or lack of one. Any help or advice would be great, I was really hoping to build on the 30th.
