I have had lots of issues with this printer, The motherboard allowed the deck to overheat. Flashforge sent a new one. It has been replaced and now while trying to print the deck drops over a half inch from the nozzle. I releveled the deck and it did the same thing. Any ideas?

So the reviews of the 5090s are out and they look… alright? Cool and some impressive benchmark improvements (especially with the new frame gen if you are ok with it). But as someone looking to upgrade from a 2070ti on a budget, I’m feeling more unsure if it’s worth waiting for the drop of the 50 series or not. It’s unlikely any of the MSRP will hold true and if any of it will honestly offer a better, worth it upgrade over something like a 4070ti super which I’m also considering. Tech gurus of Reddit who are more opinionated and well versed than I, what advice do you have for a guy who just wants to improve his gaming setup for QHD gaming? (Especially Monster Hunter Wilds). Is it too early to know? Or is it looking like it won’t be worth the extra cash?

Hi guys, I was wondering if there was a way to get my patterns to show the color + symbols. I bought some patterns from threadgeeks (pdf) and I was wonderering if this was possible. In pattern keeper you can kinda select the stitches as "marked" and it shows the colors + symbols but I don't see a way to print it.
Any one has an idea?

Ill try to keep this as short as possible, we were told to vacate at the end of our fixed-term lease last year as the land lord wanted to move in (this is in writing).
We vacated in January, two weeks before the end of the fixed term, and we had left a few scuff marks unpainted (we were told by the advice line not to as we can get bond deducted for bad painting, these scuffs were fair wear and tear), and we didnt clean the floor of the garage (some stains). We also could not mow the lawns due to the wet weather, to further clarify our retaining wall has bad drainage issues (all new build) which causes all rain from the adjacent property to deposit into our yard, and a sink hole formed in our back yard. We followed this up with them to repair numerous times in writing during tenancy and it never got resolved. During a storm last year we lost a fence panel because the fence was not sturdy, it could be moved with your hand
Well they want us to pay for lawns, the painting, the cleaning (which i think is fair for us to pay!), and the fence that is broken. They also have now put the property up to lease 3 days after the end of our tenancy ended, which goes against their grounds for termination
We have already put claim on the bond and they said theyre going to NCAT but havent disputed yet. Was wondering what the go is with the lying about termination? They also havent completed repairs to the property and it now available to move in, which i think is dangerous. Any other advise is welcome
