So I’m on A3, fighting ketzuli. I can dodge most of his attacks no problem, yet when he does his radial beam attack I just take all the damage. I’m not even standing in it. I’m running in a circles around him and still getting hit. How do you avoid this attack? Do you just have to get behind him? Is there a “safe” distance that has to be maintained? I can already figure out “avoid the beam”, but like I said, even when I’m out of it, at a distance, I’m still taking damage. The slowing orbs or sideline fireballs aren’t hitting me either. This one attack has resulted in numerous losses so far when I’ve almost beat him. The best solution I have is just flask through it so far, because that’s about all I can do to mitigate the radiant damage it gives off for whatever reason.

Hi everyone. I was on Instagram a some time ago and saw an edit of an anime i really want to watch but I forget the name. I have literally gone through my entire google history and instagram activity and i still cant find it. All i remember is that the reel started with a highschool girl in a shoe room with a high school boy and she asks him a question. She then asks him to check the parking lot (i think) for people. Then she says "I really love you" and the words are in quadrant format around her head meaning the top left of the screen would look like her head and I then the top right would be really, bottom left would be love, then bottom right would be you. It then transitions into an edit where she hugs him with a song playing in the background but I forget. Please please pleaseeee help me find this name. Hello sirs, I am active in private markets and took a look at some of the public REITs and noticed a significant difference in the distributions in the public and private markets. For example, for CPT the dividend yield is 3.75% where as BREIT it’s closer to 5%. I also notice many syndicated multifamily deals that are in the 6-7% range right out the gate. In other sectors the difference is even more significant.
What is the explanation for the lower yield in public? Is it lower leverage use (assuming leverage is accretive)? Lower risk/cap rate assets? Cash being relocated to development projects rather than distributions? Illiquidity premium?I’ve been looking for a clear cut answer and haven’t found one.

 | Good afternoon, My Aunts jeep has a decent size oil leak. I'm fairly mechanically savy but not too familiar with Jeeps. From the pictures, can anyone tell or have any guesses to where the oil could be leaking from? Common locations for this yeachassis? From what I could tell, it almost looks like the rear main seal, but the car only has 50k miles on it. I checked the oil level, and it was actually above the max line, so not sure if that has something to do with it?
