I’ve noticed this after going through some of his content, but I’m so glad that his story seems to touch upon long distance relationships 🥺 In fact, MC has been in one with Caleb ever since they were young when he was in the academy- all the way until now as she lives in Linkon, and he often goes back to Skyhaven.
As someone who has been in one and is currently in one, it’s so sweet to have that sort of representation. It perfectly encapsulates the emotions you go through- especially with the goodbyes and the longing. I love that they talk about the efforts Caleb has made over the years to keep in contact with MC, even though they were just friends then. But now, given their current relationship is progressing, they go deeper and explore all those feelings; the anticipation of seeing each other again, the uncertainty when you don’t know when the next time will be, etc.
I just finished reading ‘Exclusive Aftertaste’ and I am so excited to see them continue to explore their relationship. Although it’s sad they always have to say goodbye, I love that this is a part of their story, it leaves a beautiful bittersweet feeling every time I finish his cards.
One thing I love the most is that it’s in their current timeline, and not the past. This is the first LI where we really see conflict between them, and it’s only able to be this complex because they’ve known each other their whole life. I love seeing how they will navigate through these issues together, instead of it being a happy to go relationship from the get go. I think Infold did a really amazing job with Caleb’s and MC’s story, I can’t wait for more 🤍

Hello! I’m Alex, and I am here with a new prompt, delving into territory that I’m actually fairly unfamiliar with. I’ve only recently got into super hero stuff—at least, more into it, I had a passing interest in movies and games when I was younger—but I’ve decided I want to have a swing at it! Specifically, I guess, because of Marvel Rivals I’ve developed an interest in Marvel, and more specifically, I’ve developed an interest in the X-Men. You will have to be patient if you’re very into these comics, I’ve actually only very recently even started reading anything, so much of what I write will be “winging” it. For what I’m most familiar with, I watched the X-Men Animated Series and X-Men 97, and I’ve read all of Krakoa. As well, I don’t like to main as existing canonical characters, but I’m fine to play them on the side in this case; but I still want both mains to be OCs. Also, I only play on Discord. Tell me your comforts about rp, including stuff like nsfw, brutal scenes, etc.

Lukas Magnus Winter was born in Vienna, Austria. His mother was of generational wealth, born from old nobles who managed to hold onto their properties and riches well after the fall of the Austrian Empire. But his mother’s familial support was threatened when she sired a child with no known father. If their family, who always portrayed themselves as bastions of purity, were to be accused of bastardy then their public image would be shattered. At the least, that’s what the familial patriarch, also known as Lukas Winter, told his mother, Emilia Winter.
Emilia never did tell who the father as, but she did agree to marry a man of similar status—her own cousin, Karl Winter—to avoid the controversy that may follow. Karl knew the child wasn’t his, but he did agree to marry because it ensured his place in the family’s inheritance. Still, because the child that came wasn’t his, he never pretended the boy was his. He wanted the child to even be thrown out at times, and grew especially temperamental as it became clear that Emilia had no intentions of ever having one of his own children, meaning that Karl could never have a legitimate child of his own.
Karl took his anger out on Emilia and Luke in equal measure, but in different ways. Both of them were far too afraid of what might be done if they ever reported Karl, and so nothing ever was done. They had to live in a tyranny for their whole life.
Lukas would only get a reprieve when he was sent off to a boarding school when he was six. He never really fit in at school, but he managed to find a friend group. He was an active and eager student, quickly becoming one of the top students of the school. It would be while at school that he would receive occasional visits from an older man who called himself Magnus. The man eagerly gave the bright young mind advanced lessons and lectures, and brought a light to the boy’s dim life that wasn’t there before.
But things would change when Lukas returned for a break when he was finishing off primary school. Lukas found his mother beaten and she revealed she was pregnant with Karl’s child. Lukas became incensed, even charging off to his grandfather and explaining what had been done. His grandfather was just as enraged and demanded that Karl be stripped of everything the family had given him.
Karl didn’t take the reaction well, and in the dead of night he broke into Emilia’s home with a gun. He shot Emilia repeatedly, awakening everyone. Desperately, Karl decided to charge for Lukas, but Luke had seen already, having been awakened by the break-in.
Luke was enraged. When Karl shot at him the bullets stopped, then flew right back into Karl. But Lukas didn’t strike to kill right away. He ensured each bullet did as much pain as it possibly could before he let Karl die.
Lukas’ family was terrified. They instantly became aware of what just might happen if it was revealed what Lukas was. As such, they used connections with the Austrian military to have him sent off. He would find himself experimented on, where it would be revealed to him that he had the same powers as the infamous mutant Magneto.
After years of brutal experimentation and isolation, Lukas would be broken out by that very mutant he was compared to. Magneto offered him a home on Genosha, far away from the evils of humanity. Lukas gladly accepted the invitation and moved to Genosha. He led a happy life on the island nation, excitedly making up for lost time and honing his abilities, making new friends, and actively training and learning. He idolized Magneto especially.
He was on Genosha when the island was massacred. He worked alongside other mutants to minimize the damage, but he was injured in all the chaos and found himself near death. Before he fell into a coma, he fought alongside Magneto to keep the island safe. It would be in the moments before he passed out that Magneto would reveal that he was Lukas’ father. After the dust settled he was recovered, but he stayed in a coma for months.
When he awoke, he was filled with rage. He fled to America and vowed to have his revenge for the island, to have his father’s dream realized.

Story ideas: So, I’m not really sure like, when this ought to be set in a timeline sense, so I don’t really have a secure footing on this, but I would think the story would sort of revolve around some attempt at creating a new community of mutants, maybe like they try and find a new Genosha or something? In that way, I guess, it could be set in the post-Krakoa era, which would just require some minor changes. If you’ve any ideas, just say! Maybe it follows Magneto dying and a new generation of mutants lead the cause?

Appearance: Luke is a man that is hard to forget once you’ve seen him. He stands extraordinarily tall at six and a half feet in height, and he lives up to his cold name by being fairly pale. The paleness contrasts with his raven hair and his bright, blue eyes. Due to his constant work, he has a full frame of muscle, but he varies in how full it can be due to irregular access to full meals. But that’s hard to tell on someone who is as large as him—a largeness that includes every part of him, including his manhood, hanging larger than most soft at six inches and growing to eight. His calloused hands are actually strangely long, his fingers are longer than they are thick in any sense. Despite all of it, he actually strikes a rather handsome or pretty countenance, with defined features, striking cheekbones and a smoothly cut jaw forming a fine diamond face. That hair of his flows free into long, loose waves. He irregularly switches between being bearded and being clean shaven.
Personality: In many ways, he’s modeled his personality on that of his father, but in equal measure he is a man molded by his experiences. He has suffered at the hands of oppressors all of his life, and he never wants to feel powerless again.
His life was always, to some degree, that of an outcast. He was isolated in school, never felt at home in his own house, and was removed from the only place that he ever called his real home. He developed a persona from it all, an appearance of someone who didn’t need anybody else, who was fine to be alone. Of course, under all that, he longed just to have someone close.
But that of an isolationist wasn’t the only public persona he took up. When the mutants were scattered to the wind and homeless, he adopted the persona of a leader. He became a talented leader, and one who was warm and open to any who followed him.
Beneath all the facades, he does care of course, about many things. He is an eager learner about most anything, and desires to teach too, and of course he had many other hobbies. But all of that was an aside to him. He pushed himself all the time to be as good as he possibly could, reading and training ad nauseam.
