Hello all and thank you for taking some time to help me out. My grandmother has told me multiple stories of her beloved puppy she had when she was young named "Moppet" and she named that dog after a little golden book she read back in the 40s that she claims was named "Moppet and poppet" it was a book about two dogs resembling Cocker Spaniels that take care of their little family of dogs. No matter how much i adjust my searching and i look through anything i find, I absolutely cannot locate even a glimpse of this book? Has anyone ever heard or know anything on this? I have a sinking suspicion she either has some information mixed up or that is not the actual title of the book. I would love to be able to buy this book for her as a gift as she misses both the dog and the book dearly. Any help is super appreciated thank you!

Hey all- this is a bit of a vulnerable post, but asking reddit is usually the way to go. I am caring for a sick family member who lives in CT. They are hospitalized, thus currently not working or generating any income. I am worried about keeping up with their bills and expenses while they are hospitalized. Are there any emergency assistance programs to help temporarily while they focus on their health? I am doing what I can to cover what is in my capability, but life is very expensive.
