From an unbiased perspective, It's not about men vs women, It's about injustice, While a woman can press fake r@pe charges against a man and get his whole career destroyed and he has to spend his life proving himself innocent, at the same time, a real r@pe victim spends her lifetime trying to get justice. It's about both sides, and extremists see only select picture and start blaming the other gender, neither gender is at fault here, there are good men, there are bad men, there are good women, and there are bad women. The change we need is the law system of India, Why is justice delayed? Infidelity is the major cause for a divorce, which causes a whole family to break apart and let alone the mental breakdown of the other person, I don't see a single reason why it shouldn't be illegal, it should be. Men are guilty until proven innocent and women are innocent until proven guilty HAS to go.
And regarding the idea of feminism, Pseudo feminism has ruined the mindsets of people, For an instance if a man wants a woman to earn on her own and calls himself anti feminist, that's simply a contradiction. The next generation is really fucked until we implement strict measures on a nationwide scale, Social Media may look harmless but is ruining children's and even an adult's lives in a really grave way, it should be HIGHLY regulated.
From an ethical perspective, people tend to get violent and often try taking laws in their hands, why? Because the judiciary has failed to do its job, if only the law system did it's job well, people wouldn't be taking it in their own hands. For a better future, and a better society, Let's not fight each other, none of us are at fault, Instead let's try uniting against the system that is actually at fault.

Sorry if this kind of post isn’t allowed, but I’ve noticed that in all seasons of singles inferno, the difference between “formal speech” and “casual speech” seems to be a big thing among the people. I love this show, but I think my lack of understanding of the nuances of this topic is making it kinda hard at times to understand the dynamics between the contestants. Can someone please help with an explanation of the speech differences of formal and casual Korean and how they play into a relationship dynamic? TIA!

2025.01.24 05:44 Ambauh- 3 months and he hasn't asked me out yet. What gives?
About 3 months ago,a coworker (from a different department) did the knee trick on me. I kept my knee against his for a long period of time. He moved away eventually and I moved mine onto his while making deep eye contact. It was hot and I thought for sure he was attracted to me.
Ever since the knee moment, he has come to visit me and my coworker in our office. At first he would come to ask work related questions, but it has evolved to him coming around to just chill in the office.
We have had moments one on one, he has never made another move on me. I have been growing increasingly confused and dropping more obvious hints (that are still not so obvious to my coworkers, but would be to him). Where i work the culture is pretty lean and he actually flirted with me infront of my boss (so i couldn’t react) and it was pretty awkward. but again, one on one, will not make any move or indicate interest.
I am confused. what’s the deal?

I’m 27M local Singaporean, single. Currently working in a office job M-F 9-6, earning around 60-70k per annum. I also do trading in the US stock market at night, making around 60-70k per annum from my trading as well.
I am considering finding a more flexible job like property agent as I want more freedom and I want to meet more people in order to find my future partner, get married, have kids, BTO. I feel very sian of my job. Additionally, I want to have more time to focus on my stock trading like doing research and preparing before the US market opens.
Should I consider being a property/insurance agent or are there other stuff I can consider as well eg small business?

 | Basically what the title says. I purchased a white cyclone 2 and loved it. After a while I started to really wish the gold trim wasn’t there and that’s when I saw a cyclone 2 listing on Ali for a good price so I bought another one in black. I switched them on buttons, dpad, bumpers, bumper plate assembly, and joystick caps. For the black one I threw on third party caps I had lying around as I think it looks better, plus the transparent material of them lets some of the RGB through. I’m really happy with how the white one looks now! The black one is also cool looking IMO but I’m going to main the white one for now. As someone who is in business and responsible for leading a team of nearly 50 employees, I want to add my 2c to the businesses forcing their employees to work today.
Today is one of the extremely rare “Red warnings” that pose a likely risk to the lives of those travelling today.
As a manager, leader or business owner, forcing your employees to work today is going to do more harm to your business than allowing your employees a day at home to shelter.
If we want to take this from a purely business perspective, Scottish people will see your business in a poor light and forcing this will harm your brand. This will cost your business more in the long run than allowing employees to work from home today as a percentage of your customers will likely choose to boycott your brand.
In addition to this, you will burn goodwill with your employees potentially causing people to exit your business. This will cause you to incur recruiting costs, retraining costs and the inevitable mistakes a new employee makes while they gain experience in their new role (these mistakes are great learning opportunities and not necessarily a bad thing for your employee but will cost you either in client satisfaction or monetarily).
Your people are the lifeblood that keeps your business operating and having employees knowing you care about their welfare will increase their productivity more than any Friday pizza party ever will.
Forcing an employee in today will do your business harm in the medium to long term.
If your industry is critical to the safety of others, offering the option for people to make the choice will go a long way to mitigating these as you have consulted with your employee and given the choice, an informed choice.
