Is it weird for a cute girl to ask a guy out at his work?
I’ve heard that it’s generally frowned upon to ask someone out while they’re at work since they can feel cornered or uncomfortable. That being said, this guy is giving me the vibe that he thinks I’m cute, so I really want to ask him out. He works the front desk at a dispensary and always takes his time processing my ID compared to other customers. He knows my name and we have nice chats every time I come in. He complimented my bangs and new bag, too.
Do guys compliment girls they aren’t attracted to?
My dilemma is that I’m worried he’s just being friendly for his job, but the compliments are throwing me off. Should I take the plunge and ask if he’d like my number or should I let it go?

A while back I was knee deep into gambling and stole money from a workplace. The pay was shit and I always felt like an outsider, they were constantly whispering behind my back and smiling in my face. So I justified my bad behavior by taking money when no one was looking, the thing is I have a feeling they knew because people aren’t that slow and I don’t think I was very slick about it. I have a lot of guilt about it, since then I’ve given up gambling and I’m wrestling with how to make amends or if it’s worth the trouble. Before anyone shames me, I’m working through the 12 steps but feeling stuck on this particular thing, I find myself remunerating over this almost daily and appreciate any helpful advice.

I’m interested in knowing the consensus on these two. KTC has puka with a slight lead at 7709 to 7611 at the time of this post, but I think BTJ has the higher ceiling and better long term situation with Lawrence which makes me think Brian Thomas Jr is the far more valuable asset. I’d love to have both on my team, but value seems a bit off.
