I (f18) have had tinnitus my whole life, and never really realized until recently when it got worse. Always thought that ringing was normal, and that everyone experienced that (man I was surprised when my mom called me crazy when I told her lol)
How can I fix this, is there a way? I was looking on google but thought that the best way would be to ask people who’ve experienced that too.

My highest percentage move from half butterlfy is to transition into single leg x to sweep or heel hook. Say My left leg is the butter hook, I push his left armpit to offbalance him to the right so I can put my right feet on his left hip into a single leg x. Yall know that one.
Thing is after afew times they are wise to it so they would shift their weight to the left which makes it too heavy. I can't seem to find a reliable off balance from that transition.
Best I could think of is to go into knee shield with my butter hook and go half/k guard but i would lose my offensive momentum.
Any suggestions?

Hello! So I am a current community college student transferring out next year. I filled out the 25-26 FAFSA in December and only went back in today to add a couple schools I forgot to put in. That's when I saw my estimated SAI... it was over 70000! My last years as -1500. I cross checked between this years form and last years. The only discreptancy I can find was my parent's assets weren't listed at all on last years, and I remember not filling any part of that out. I know FAFSA was also extremely buggy and messy last year.
My parent's don't exactly make a lot of money (50k) and I'm guessing that extremely high SAI is due to my parent's assets being over 1M. It's a second house investment and they aren't making any money off of it right now. I'm really stressing out right now as I know it's going to be extremely tough to pay for tuition if it turns out I'm not eligible for anything. If there's any positive words or things I should look out for it would be nice!

Om betalningen inte dras direkt finns det alltid en risk att det inte finns tillräckligt med pengar på kontot när förfallodagen väl kommer, på grund av slarv eller oförutsedda utgifter. Borde det inte vara bättre att betalningen dras så snart som möjligt, för att undvika sådana problem?
Det här leder till två frågor: 1. Varför skulle den som betalar vilja betala på förfallodagen, istället för första möjliga bankdag? 2. Varför är standardinställningen i apparna att betalningen sker på förfallodagen?
En möjlig invändning är att vissa kanske inte kan betala förrän lönen kommer in. Men den förklaringen håller inte riktigt, eftersom förfallodagen inte alltid är samma dag som lönedagen.
Vad tänker ni? Finns det någon anledning som jag missar, eller är det helt enkelt en outvecklad standard?

I’m having a problem at work with my work’s sick policy. Instead of the usual 2 or 3 consecutive days in a row sick before they ask for a doctor’s note.. if you’re sick for 1 day they ask for a doctor’s note. If there’s no note, it’s unexcused. If there’s two unexcuses in a certain period (I think it’s 30 days), you get written up. Insane. People get sick and nobody rushes off to the doctor’s to get a note (not to mention appointments take a long time to schedule), unless they’re going to the ER.
My period pain is really bad. Nausea, fatigue, cramps, chills and aches. On birth control while on it and take Midol. It helps, but not enough for me to not be basically immobile on my first day of my period. Day before and 2nd day is bad, but if needed, I can manage. Not usually the 1st day.
Can I get a doctor’s note written that excuses me being out sick for when it’s my period? So when I’m out for it, I’m able to show the same doctor’s note for multiple times? Plz help🥲

Not sure if this is the right subreddit to ask this question but not sure where else to put it. Basically, I transferred to Cal Poly Pomona from SMC (Santa Monica college) last semester, at SMC I took math 28 (Business Calc 1) but when I got here I was told that only counts for half the math requirement (I would’ve had to take math 29 which is business calc 2 at smc) and I will now have to take Math 1250 (Introduction to business calc)
I’m wondering if there are any online college options that anyone could recommend to fulfill this requirement rather than having to essentially retake business calculus.
Full transparency I am looking for easy as possible credits, I am not great at math and have 0 interest in it due to its lack of relevancy in anything I will likely do in my career or even in the rest of college.
