Hello 👋,
I have 3 databases (system integration testing, staging and production). Each have a table holding html templates for different contract types + specifications.
At the moment there is no versioning on the databases itself, so my suggestion was to version them in git, have 4 branches build, sit, stg and prd. I'm a bit green on CI/CD (work as an system engineer but trying to gain devops knowledge) but my idea was to push to build and then merge to the other branches, then eventually trigger a pipeline to test and deploy on the databases.
I need suggestions on how to organise the repo itself. Ideally the templates should be identical in all 3 branches, at the moment the app is still I'm development, so they are not identical. Considering this, should I just push the html templates on the repo directory or segregate them into different folders sit/, stg/ and prd/ ?

2025.01.24 08:20 MoonyLion Weird MP4 issue with Microsoft photos
So this started happening recently and it's basically when I want to trim or watch a certain part before trimming on the Microsoft Photos app, it does this little buffer? And it either loses the sound to the clip, takes like whopping 6 seconds to buffer and or it gets stuck. Now I tried VLC and the clip plays normal, so I'm not sure if it's Medal and Photos just bugging out rn or it's literally just Photos being poo? Does anyone know what this is?

Hi all- random question but wondering if anyone out here could help! I am working with a photographer on a black and white photo book about a hospital in India/combined with tabloidy-writings depicting a metaphysical murder mystery. Definite carnival/occult vibes, but also surgical/clinical. We did a few different edits of photos next to text in a traditional "photo book" vibe (including a few runs of just pictures to break up the text) but it's not really gelling.
I feel like it would benefit from a more non-traditional form and thought maybe anyone here has any ideas of different KINDS of medical/occult books? Thinking something along the lines of an exquisite corpse or books you flip over to read the text or... Open to all suggestions in hopes of finding a clearer direction to pursue. Thanks!

2025.01.24 08:20 Catsinova Does Ketamine work for just regular depression that isn't treatment resistant?
My (34f) husband (35m) has been suffering from depression for the last few years. It has been mild enough to not force him to reconcile the fact that something is wrong, but severe enough to affect his life and deeply worry his friends and family. He thinks he's just tired and busy and stressed, but his family and I looked at the criteria for major depression and he fits everything except for the sleep issues and the suicidal thoughts. It has gotten to the point where we are planning to talk to him and ask him to get some sort of treatment. He has never tried antidepressants before, but I know that he will push back on that HARD. I just had some great results for chronic pain and PTSD with Ketamine infusions and I think he would accept that treatment much more readily than having to take pills. It also seems like much fewer side effects and a faster turn around time for results, which I love.
My question is, if money isn't an issue, would it be worthwhile to try to get him set up with Ketamine infusions for (what might be) just normal depression, or is the "treatment resistant' part important to get results.
He has a therapist, but unfortunately his lack of awareness of his problems makes it so they aren't really able to target and work on things. He opened up to me recently and he is so overwhelmed with guilt and shame and hopelessness. He's trying to hold it all together but he hardly leaves his office, let alone the house, has gained more weight than ever in his life (which he despises), but can't find the energy to do any of the things he used to love, making excuses and forgetting things... I love him so much, I'm just hoping to find something that will help him that he will willingly do.

I have started job hunting since Sunday and thankfully I'm getting introductory calls. During the calls, they usually ask my notice period which is 60 days. But I have mentioned it in my naukri profile as 30 days to get calls and also because I believe my current company can release me in 30 days.
But whenever they ask about it, they seem sceptical and ask me why I've mentioned it as 30 days in my profile. What should I tell them ideally? Or should I make the notice period as 60 days?

I have a new device and I am wondering what is the best way to set it up - as I am ok with spending some time to do it and jumping through a few hoops. I am not married to my current setup and I can replicate it if I wish.
I am however particular that I do not want to lose any data. This includes photos, passwords/keychain passwords and tokens and passkeys, notes, reminders and calendars, cards (membership and payment cards) added to wallet, health data. I assume all this will seamlessly move over if I just login on the new device with my Apple ID.
Outside of Apple, I use Whatsapp, Telegram, Signal, Google and Microsoft Authenticator and a bunch of banking apps which might send a notification to log me in on another device. I am not sure what is the best way to move these over.
Any suggestions, and any pros and cons of doing it one way or another?
