I know many people will instantly say no, and I entirely agree. But I think there are many of us in limbo right now with what to do and are back here again 4 years later trying to figure it out, except this time a higher population supported this horrible man. What do we do when we have relationships with people in our life who voted this way. If they respect our boundaries and it never gets brought up, do we carry on?
Humans whether we like it or not are very complex, and I am struggling back and forth with how to handle relationships in my life. I live in a very very conservative state unfortunately as a gay man, where I do have these relationships and cannot just easily avoid them.
Part of me knows there will never be any authentic deep relationship with these people because our values do not align and therefore no vulnerability can be had or appreciated with each other. But then another part of me struggles with does shutting them out amplify their insecurities and how they think liberals are “better” and cause them to further support these extreme ideals? But are they so far gone it doesn’t matter? And I feel bad for people falling for propaganda because they are struggling, they have valid concerns, but this man will not be the one to fix them.
Thank you for listening to my Carrie Bradshaw Ted talk in the middle of the night, I’m sure many other people are up right now with the same racing minds.

I was with someone at a family function, the distant relative is working in meta. He told me chatgpt is not better because it has highest parameters but the approach to problem is different. It's reasoning it better. It takes lot of efforts to generate one token worth of information.
I'd like to know more about it. If someone's interested to walk me through this I'd be grateful.
Also sorry for this absolute shit explanation of what I understood. The guy was explaining in a solid way but it's bad that I did not quite catch it. But I'd want to know much more about it.

(praticamente 30 anni di differenza). io e un altro mio amico dopo aver sentito questa cosa la guardiamo sempre con quel pensiero, ci ha traumatizzati. avevamo il sospetto lei facesse parte dell’lgbt ma sicuramente non con una di 40 anni, ma con un altra nostra compagna (nella nostra classe il pesce non manca, però i gusti sono gusti non giudichiamo dai). ditemi cosa ne pensate di questo argomento, e come posso fare a non guardarla traumatizzato. A few weeks ago I firmly accepted that I am a trans person. Before that I had called myself nonbinary but used it loosely and never really did anything about it. Finally though I've decided to at least in part social transition and keep trying things out as I move toward possibly eventually doing hormones. This is what I personally mean by embracing the trans label.
However I'm finding myself scouring the internet for more and more info about trans experiences and tips, and other useful info and I feel like it's distracting me from other parts of my life (work, creative projects I have going on, planning for travel etc.).
I'm curious if anyone has any advice about how to shift their focus from who they are from what they want to do? I want to take this a bit slower.
I'm realizing right now as I type this that this is the most ironic post ever haha

İlaca bünyemin alışması için 5 gün boyunca yarım doz almamı söyledi. İlacın etkisini 2 hafta içerisinde göstereceği ile ilgili bilgi de vermişti. Ben de sürecin daha etkili ve hızlı olması için 4 aydır ara verdiğim spora tekrardan başladım, sosyalleşmemi arttırdım, sabahları kendimi soğuğa maruz bıraktım, ufak tefek derin nefes egzersizleri yaptım ve 1 saat kadar da meditasyon yaptım. Sağlıklı beslenmekte önemli bir şey alışkanlığım zaten olduğu için problem yaşamadım bu konuda. Ayrıca bu süreç içerisinde kızın birinden iltifat aldım benle konuşmak istedi onunla tanışıp biraz sohbet ettim. Bu yaşadığım olumlu olay bana oldukça iyi geldi. Birde dün doğum günümdü 20 yaşına yeni girdim. Dün çok sevdiğim bazı yakınlarım beni aradı doğum günümü kutladılar. Bunlardan biri de çok sevdiğim kuzenimdi. Onla küçükken yaşadığımız geçmiş güzel anılarımız hakkında konuştuk. Uyku düzenim de yavaş yavaş düzelmeye başladı. Bugün ise oldukça rahatlamış hissediyorum yüzümde gülücükler açtı ve aniden göz yaşlarım sular seller gibi aktı. İçimdeki stres sanki vücudumdan atılıyormuş gibi oldu. Bu güzel gelişmeyi hem kendime hem de size moral olması için paylaşmak istedim hayatın aydınlık bir tarafı da olmalı öyle değil mi?
