Hi, Redditors!
Recently, my friends and I had played the game 3008 on Roblox, and had played Friday, January 24th (today).
We were building a base in the area with the tropical couch as well as a cool toned lamp.
(To note, we used the windowed wall, the plain wall, as well as some other decorations, and used the tool gun to color some things white concrete and different colored sand material.)
When we had just started building the base, everything was well. We were having fun and were planning our base design.
Time skip to when we were just starting to finish up--my friend, (A) had entered my room and couldn't get out. Randomly, she said that the door was suddenly deleted, and I had brushed it off as some kind of accident A made.
(To make it clear, we were 3 in the server. No one more, no one less.)
My friend, (L) had disconnected from the server momentarily but came back and had asked me to teleport her back to our base.
The rest is irrelevant to what I'm explaining now--but it's quite important to note we played the game about an hour and a half and spent a lot of time and effort on the base.
About 10 minutes later, we noticed that things started to get deleted, and as time progressed, more and more things got deleted; such as walls, floors, beds, etcetera.
We had not believed that it was just a simple glitch, instead one of us were pranking the rest. I had proved that it wasn't me multiple times, as well as A and L as well.
We were extremely spooked and believed that someone else was in the game, but I had checked the leaderboard prior to the situation, and during the situation which proved that nobody was in the game except for me, L, and A.
We had decided it was just a glitch, and took our minds off of it and played other games, but our mind kept on wandering back to the situation, so we decided to play 3008 again around 2 hours later.
A had pulled a prank and deleted some things, which ultimately scared us, but had admitted it when we left.
To make it clear--I am not simply writing a story, this a real situation that happened.
I'd like some answers as to why this happened, and if this happened to anybody else whatsoever, and it'd truly ease my senses from thinking perhaps someone got into our game and messed with our base.
It truly hurt to see an hour of work get thrown away due to some mindless bug or prank, but so far, none of us have admitted (and I don't think any of us will, because it'd be stupid to prank two people for a vast amount of time), but I will update if ever any answers are found outside this platform, again, please do let me know if any similar experiences have happened, and I will appreciate some answers.

I am a recent Razer mouse convert since Logitech stopped selling 6-side button mice. I was going nuts because I never saw a Back or Forward button for browsers, and simply programmed Alt+Left and Right.
Anyone who has done this will notice that it doesn't work properly on pages with elements that use those keys - E.g., videos, slideshows, etc.
Through some experimentation I discovered that the Mouse 4 and Mouse 5 buttons are Back and Forward keys, and not prone to the same issues.
I'm sure most users already know this. However, there appears to be no info on this online and I thought it might help someone down the line.

My oldest child, elementary school age, had 4 teeth with molar incisor hypomineralization (all back molars) as diagnosed at his last visit and one of them particularly bad. The most recent visit yesterday revealed that the particularly bad one has gotten worse. The dentist said he would leave it for now and take X-rays at our next visit but that most likely he would require some extraction. I have to admit this sounded a bit drastic to me. Is it worth taking him to a specific pediatric dentist to deal with this scenario (our dentist is a family practitioner)? I'm also having trouble finding any concrete info as to whether extraction is in fact really common for bad cases of molar incisor hypomineralization or if other solutions are generally looked at first.

I ordered a pair of shoes off TikTok shop. My card was charged. The package was delivered in a reasonable time and there were no problems with the order. A week later I received a letter in the mail that said
“Hope you enjoy your FREE Hey Dudes. I am sure they will look real nice in PRISON you CRIMINAL!!” And then the word FOOL was written in pen.
The letter was addressed to me and had my full name and address. I am so freaked out. This feels so personal. I paid for the shoes so it makes no sense. Please someone give me peace of mind and tell me this is just a stupid scam.

Maybe I’m wrong. Or maybe I’ve seen people like this before way too many times but it bothers me . Idk if he’s entirely bad or maybe I’m just numb to toxicity. Regardless I don’t like feeling treated this way.
I (f21) moved into this apartment, three months ago 3bedroom 2 bathroom. We r 4 people living in the apartment . 2 guys 2 girls. We seem to coexist pretty well without problems and I actually like it here. However ive noticed one of the guys acting very weird with me. Our first interaction was weird for me since he was asking me stuff about myself that he already knew but couldn’t hide it, so his questions were framed very awkward because he had overheard me and his roomate talking in the living room.. I didn’t think much of it since it seemed like anti social behaviour so I let it go. Things changed a little over time.
- We were in the kitchen once and he pointed something rotting in the fridge. I opened it and it there was an avocado that looks a little over ripe . I asked him if he ment this. And he said yeah maybe.. I threw it and was confused.
- This other time he mentioned the utilities bill went up by a lot and suggested not using the heater too often. I asked him if everyone else in the house is aware of this bill since we need to collectively take the effort to curb our expenses and etc. he said yeah he hasn’t gotten the time to address it to everyone but he will and then rambles a little bit. Brings this up again infront of me and the other roomie 2 days later and then types it out on the group chat later .. felt a bit much but I didn’t wana think much of it coz the expense probably bothered him.
- He also called me out once for not doing the chores on the groupchat despite literally no one else doing it that week not even him. But then He never did it again coz I’m guessing he probably assumed it’s not fair . (The reason why I say this is coz we have a system that we check the box off after we do our task for the week so we know who did it and who didn’t )
- Not related but still adds to be weirdness. He claims to have worked with Ariana grande , and other popular singers since he’s in the music industry.. it could be true but I think he just likes to say stupid shit.
The 2. Is a perfect example of how I handle things like this without turning it into a big deal but also not ignoring it so it keeps building. I hope this is something that works in the long run. Unless there’s another solution to what could’ve been said. Please let me know :)

Hello everyone! I’m currently a Master of Nursing (Preregistration) student looking to finish my program this year and be a registered nurse after. My classes end on November 2025 (on COE - January 2026), student visa expires on March 31, 2026 and I’m not exactly sure which visa to take next. I was told that I will be able to start skills assessment before getting my registration through ANMAC’s GradReady program. The occupation I am planning to have my skill assessment on is Registered Nurse - nec, which required no prior work experience. This will allow me to apply for Subclass 190 once I get a positive outcome. Should I apply for 485 first (I’m thinking I will have very little time to wait for state nomination) then apply for 190?

I have a 7.5yo neutered golden retriever with no major medical history - he injured his hip in 2020 but recovered quickly and x-rays were all clear, and he’s on 100mg of sertraline daily for anxiety, prescribed by a veterinary behaviourist in August 2024. He also had a cytopoint injection in late October (spring in Australia) as he was very itchy and his ears seemed sore - it worked very well and he hasn’t needed another one yet.
We noticed he seemed quieter than usual about 2 weeks ago, particularly in the afternoons and evenings, and wasn’t moving around as much as he typically would during the night - he’s usually shifting positions in bed or swapping from bed to floor and vice versa at least 3-4 times during the night, and he was just laying in the exact same spot and position all night, every night. I took him for a checkup just to err on the side of caution and we ran comprehensive blood and urine tests - everything came back clear, so the vet suggested a T4 test as he’s been steadily gaining weight despite a strict diet - we feed him a commercial fresh single protein diet, he’s down to about 490kcal per day and still gaining weight.
His T4 came back at a 9 when it should’ve been in the range of 19-41, so we then ran a TSH which came back normal. My vet has referred him for an abdominal ultrasound and physiotherapy assessment to check for nonthyroidal illness/possible joint issues but we couldn’t get appointments for those until mid February and early April respectively. He said that it’s possible the sertraline is causing the low T4 reading but isn’t sure if it would account for that much of a decrease. Other than just waiting for the other appointments, he said we could rerun the bloods at the 2 or 4 week mark, and possibly run some chest and hip x-rays but other than that, we’re all a bit baffled. Any suggestions/input would be much appreciated!

And these ppl (which includes myself) fall into one of two camps:
- The ones who constantly repress their anger, to the point where they might not even feel it anymore. Often because they don't want to negatively impact society and their fellow humans, neglecting their own interests and boundaries in the process (anger would serve to demand your rights)
- The ones who have no control of their anger and let themselves get carried away by it. I don't fall into this camp so I feel less comfortable saying much about it. But I've observed that while anger can bring positive change, when you let yourself get really carried away by anger, you often fail to use that anger in a productive manner that ends up affecting what made you angry in the first place.
