I realized that I spend so much time and energy reading through the news here and on other platforms, thinking about the industry, arguing here in comments sometimes. I see a lot of people who are afraid of bad situation on the market, the layoffs, the AI that may take your job. And I believe that I am starting to become poisoned by this. Instead of moving forward, I am getting stuck in this limbo of uncertainty and despair. And I think I am not alone.
So I decided to quit reddit and other platforms completely for 1 month and spend the time on learning something new or building a side project. I didn't do anything like it before. I strongly believe that if all you guys who are thinking about IT career path or in it, and feel afraid because of the future, just stop spending time here and start investing your time on your projects, you'll become a better versions of yourselves. So I dare you to stop wasting your time and join me in my journey.
Anyways, I will come back on February 24 to tell about my experience and what I will be able to do while I'm not here. Stay safe.

My newborn has acid reflux. He was also born prematurely. He was on Similac Neosure. The doctor got it started on Alimentum to see if it will help. He’s been on the Alimentum for about 36 hours now. He’s struggling with gas. His face gets red, he strains, he makes lots of noises, it takes a while to go back to sleep. And I absolutely hate watching it. I’ve done massages before and the bicycle legs, but it still doesn’t seem like enough. Are we really supposed to just watch as they struggle? It’s like torture. And if we go back to his old formula, are we gonna have to do this all over again? because I’m not sure the Alimentum is solving any problems and it’s so expensive.

I met my best friend about three years ago and we both immediately felt our chemistry and attraction. however, we both acknowledged how great friends we were and never wanted to mess that up. so we were strictly platonic for the next two years minus a bit of flirting every now and then. then over the last year we got closer and closer and some drunk nights we would have some heavy petting sessions but nothing too crazy. this entire time i am keeping my feelings in check and i never really felt much for him besides deep platonic love. then one night we had sex and i feel like we went into situationship mode. we hung out alllll of the time, we worked out together, he paid for everything all the time, he kissed me on the forehead and face all the time, told me he was only sleeping with me, etc. however, this entire time I know he doesn’t want a relationship and neither do I so ,again, not really an issue. but in the back of my mind, i often think about how nice and happy i’d be if he would just fall in love with me haha. the last month or so I realized i do, in fact, have very intense feelings for him and he let me know that he’s dating and sleeping with other people and i am heartbroken. i anticipated it but i just really wanted him to want to be with me. no one has every really wanted to be in a relationship with me so it’s just another blow haha. i know i’ll get through it just sucks really fucking bad right now.

I am one of the top players and somehow cannot easily beat the new content on normal. The easy content rewards are complete trash. I'm battle tier 46 almost 47. Any advice ? It literally comes down to way too much of an HP jump from easy to normal, abnormally so. I beat easy with a 1:50 to spare in the first on easy but can't pass normal.

I (21F) moved in with my boyfriend (25M), 6 months ago. Recently, it’s been a struggle. We are constantly butting heads and it’s exhausting. I feel like I have an attitude all the time nowadays because his behavior never fails to piss me off. I’m debating on moving out and going to live with my parents again.
My boyfriend plays video games everyday like it’s an essential part of his survival. I have never received this kind of priority. He holds the controller more than he touches me. He is always on his phone, and he needs constantly stimulation. I found him watching a hockey game and playing an online gambling game on his phone the other night. He said it was “free money” but that made no sense to me. Casinos will always have the upper hand. It drives me nuts. He’s been like this for awhile, even before we lived together. I just never realized the extent because we were long distance for a couple years. He has told me he needs to immerse himself in all this stuff so he doesn’t need to deal with me, or something like that.
A couple weeks ago, I started therapy because I am now convinced I am a problem. We got into a fight after he called me a “pussy” a few days ago. I got angry and decided to channel my rage into self-care. I was doing my mascara when he came into the bathroom and said, “do you want to get triggered?” I asked, “What is it?”. Oh boy do I regret my curiosity! He showed me his phone and it was a video of a man dancing, with the caption “how life feels when you don’t have to deal with someone’s undiagnosed daughter”. I laughed and then I cried. I must be an awful partner, I thought. From his perspective, I am too sensitive, I complain about everything, I am lazy, and ungrateful. I feel like I do check these boxes sometimes but other times, I feel like his behavior has been a catalyst for why I’m so irritated.
Today, he told me he was taking me to breakfast. I couldn’t find the pair of pants I wanted to wear and I asked if he had seen them. He said I should check the dryer so I did. They weren’t there. He was standing in front of the laundry bin so I asked him if they were in there. He said he didn’t know and didn’t bother to check. Keep in mind, all of my clothes are in a bin under our bed. Getting dressed has become a very frustrating process when I can’t seem to find pieces of clothing. I asked him to make closet space before I moved in but I ended up getting less than a fourth of the space. It’s a small closet but it almost felt insulting. I don’t have a drawer in a dresser, either. I don’t usually complain about it but his unwillingness to help me so we could get out the door made me angry. He asked me why I was mad and I explained that I didn’t have enough space to put my clothes and it can be very frustrating. He told me to do something about it instead of making it his fault. Okay, fair. What’s not fair is the spectacle that was made when he came home later.
I don’t even remember half of what he said. I blocked it out and stared at the floor. Something about how angry he is. I stayed silent. He asked me if I wanted to talk and I walked into the kitchen. He asked me what I did today as he was unloading the dishwasher. I didn’t realize it was a trick question. I told him I went to work, did some school work, and watched a movie. Then he started to say something about how I didn’t do anything today. I asked if he needed me to do anything and he said he didn’t need anything from me anymore. I’m not a slob, I clean frequently and I truly believe I pull my weight around our place. I’m always the one cleaning our bathroom, usually the one straightening up. I asked him if there was anything else he needed to say and he said no so I went to bed and he played video games.
I found him on the couch at 2am. I gently woke him because I felt bad. I asked him if he wanted to sleep in our bed, as it’s way more comfortable. All he did was say “what are you doing” in an angry tone, over and over. So here I am, thinking about all these situations and wondering, am I overreacting?

Hey,
Having some issues getting our Foritgate's set up with Microsoft Network Policy Server (on Windows Server 2022) .
I initially followed this guide https://community.fortinet.com/t5/FortiGate/Technical-Tip-Configuring-FortiGate-and-Microsoft-NPS-Radius/ta-p/213024
However when testing the connectivity it said invalid secret, I did some research and found for later versions of the Forti software you need to go in to NPS and make sure the option "Access-Request messages must contain the Message-Authenticator attribute", unfortunately with this ticked Forti then reports "Can't contact RADIUS Server" and in event viewer I see this (when not ticked I don't see anything in event viewer)
An Access-Request message was received from RADIUS client 10.10.100.1 without a Message-Authenticator attribute when a Message-Authenticator attribute is required. Verify the configuration of the RADIUS client in the Network Policy Server snap-in (the "Client must always send the Message-Authenticator attribute in the request" checkbox) and the configuration of the network access server.Any thoughts on what I might have missed?

"Playback stopped. Something went wrong" is the message whenever i try to play a video from my plex server on my iphone.
But on my Android tablet it works well.
Is there something i need to set up?
My plex server is running on my nvidia shield. Is converting too slow for the iphone? Or what's the problem?
Any help is welcome.
