I have a question about my foresking After 1 week of stretching in the shower with coconut oil for 2 times a day, today i was able to retract all the way while flaccid and about half way when erect.( i assume i have mild phimosis) I can only do it if i am either in the shower with coconut oil or if i am aroused and i have pre-ejaculate liquid. Should it be the aim that you can retract when flaccid or erect without any lubrication or is it still normal that you can do it only when oiled or aroused ? Also it fills a bit tight when i pull it back but not painful . I also don t know if the glans is supposed get bigger when i pull the foreskin,maybe it doesn t have enough space because of the tight foreskin ?

elected as class president in my 1st yr of college. at first i really wanted to try out the experience kasi never pa ako nagka ganitong highest position sa class, lagi lang leader sa group works, and naisip ko na i can really fulfill yung role kasi i love leadership din naman, like helping them out, answering their queries, planning whatâs best for them ganun. may ibang nagsasabi na strict daw ako but my instructors say naman na itâs effective and applauding, and i usually ask for my classmates/friends feedback din naman kasi kahit sila di ko pinapalagpas sa violations and they say na im just doing my job naman.
until recently, siguro di na kinaya ng pagiging people pleaser ko na nag anxiety ako nung may narinig ako na may nagalit sakin sa class and bodyshamed me (accdg to my friend na napagrantan nung hater classmate ko sa sobrang galit sakin) dahil sa class project [a batch contest btw] namin na pachika chika lang daw ako. i know myself na i did my best efforts there, and stepped back kapag hindi ako kailangan (is it a bad thing?). hindi ako kailangan meaning they actively say na âkami na bahalaâ even when i insist on helping. spoiler alert: di kami nanalo but almost
my friends said na masyado raw ako mabait kasi i still greet them, and hindi ko sila pinapagalitan kapag they talk rudely to me. i always reminded everyone sa class to just talk to me kapag may nagawa akong mali/pagkukulang kasi im really open to it. no one said anything, but i know by their actions and treatment na they have something against me and naaffect talaga nun mental health ko at some point
this 2nd sem after the holiday break nung nakita and naka interact ko siya ulit parang bumabalik yung kaba ko na baka they hate me talaga
is this a reason to quit my position kasi i still canât navigate my way through criticisms? or is it just a challenge for me that i can still power through?

I don't see a single product on their shop page that doesn't link to some distributors like bestbuy or microcenter to buy. Even for items like the SHIELD TV which should be solely made by them. Without adding an item to cart, you can't create a marketplace account. Is it possible to make an account now? Has NVIDIA has decided not to sell things directly at all now?

The last 3 days he hasnât been able to eat anything, heâs getting super skinny, he stumbles when he walks, heâs weak and confused:( itâs super sad and heâs apart of our little family. Iâm a college student working part-time as an online teacher. Iâve always been consistent with my attendance and performance, balancing work and studies as best as I can. Recently, during one of my classes, there was a power outage in my area. I had entered the virtual classroom 5 minutes before the session was scheduled to start, but just before I turned my camera on, the power went out.
I quickly reconnected using mobile data, but because I live on the 21st floor of a building, the signal was very weak. While the student wasnât in the room yet, I tried to find an emergency outlet to reconnect my Wi-Fi router, because there are some outlets that are powered by a separate generator during outages. However, it seems the student joined while I wasnât in front of my screen, even though my camera was on.
The administration decided to suspend me from teaching classes in that program due to this incident. Iâve received responses from them, but most have denied my requests and stated that I am suspended with nothing more I can do. I still feel this is unfair, as this was a one-time, unforeseen event, and Iâve always been reliable and prepared for my work.
I plan to file an incident report at the physical office to formally appeal my case, as I want to explain my side further. As a college student, this job is important to me, and I feel this decision doesnât take into account my consistent track record.
Does anyone know if I have any legal options to challenge this decision? Or any advice on how to handle this professionally?

Stellen wir uns mal vor, ich wĂ€re sehr dumm (nicht schwer). Stellen wir uns dann weiter vor, ich hĂ€tte geglaubt, der Strukki-Vertriebler wĂ€re mein Freund. Stellen wir uns dann weiter vor, ich hĂ€tte vor knapp zehn Jahren eine private kapitalgebundene Rentenversicherung abgeschlossen. Die Tonnen an GebĂŒhren, die man in den ersten Jahren zahlt, kommen jetzt sowieso nicht mehr zurĂŒck. Ich habe nicht mehr die Fonds, die er mir empfohlen hat in diesem Versicherungsmantel, sondern stinknormale MSCI ETFs. Die automatische Beitragserhöhung habe ich auch ausgeschaltet. Wenn wir jetzt nur von meinem aktuellen Stand ausgehen, könnte es dann eine sinnvolle Option sein, diesen Vertrag weiter zu besparen, weil im Alter steuerliche Sonderregelungen gelten (Irgendwie muss der Kerl mich ja davon ĂŒberzeugt haben) oder ist es auf jeden Fall, garantiert und sicherlich besser, diesen Vertrag beitragsfrei zu stellen und das Geld monatlich einfach selbst in einen ETF zu schmeiĂen?
