Bom pessoal, contexto da pergunta é que treinei por cerca de 8 meses, e apesar de não passar com nutricionista, tentava manter um bulking limpo e era até bem regrado no sentido de tentar bater macros. Fiquei 1 ano parado depois, por conta de problemas pessoais e etc, e tenho um perfil bem magro apesar de me alimentar bem, então perdi boa parte do que conquistei treinando (caí de 76 Kg para 64 Kg em questão de 2 meses).
Bom, recentemente me estabilizei e decidi voltar a treinar e assim o fiz há duas semanas atrás, quando me pesei e estava com 63,7 Kg (tenho 1,77 de altura). Ai entra minha pergunta: ontem me pesei novamente para ver como estava e ganhei cerca de 4,7 Kg (balança apontou 68,4 Kg). É um ganho que dá pra se considerar normal, no sentido de ser saudável? Achei algo bem expressivo e não sei se tenho que pensar em por o pé no freio quanto a alimentação.
P.S: sou bem leigo no assunto, sempre pesquisei coisas no sentido sobre dieta, pra saber o que comer e a quantidade a ser ingerida, mas nunca me aprofundei nos detalhes.

2025.01.24 09:50 obA_1018 This question has probably been asked a thousand times before but..what’s a character yall believe deserved so much better?
There’s so many to choose from. So many characters that got completely screwed over in this series. For me though, it will always be Finnick Odair. When I first saw Finnick, I was fully expecting another typical arrogant jerk character that everyone simps for. Instead I got the exact opposite. He proved himself to be loyal, selfless, and caring, over and over again. And everyone still simps for him lol He didn’t owe a thing to anybody. In fact, people owed quite a bit to him. He went through so much. Getting chosen for the games at a young age, and then somehow winning. That alone is a very traumatic experience, especially for someone as young as he was at the time. What makes it even worse is that people—literal grown flipping adults—actually found a 14 year old boy desirable. He was forced, threatened, and sold into prostitution at the age of 16, only two years after he won the Games. 16!! And then he falls in love with a woman that is completely broken, then is thrown into the Games again with many of his friends that he knows will die. He protects and cares for Mags, the exact opposite of what I expected him to do. He saves Peeta’s life when he didn’t have to at all. Just goes to show his dedication to the rebellion, and to Katniss. When the poisonous fog occurs, he’d rather let himself get hurt and killed by it than leave Mags behind. He watches his mentor sacrifice herself for his sake, and doesn’t even get a second to process it. Then once again he saves Peeta’s life though he didn’t have to. Something that would have cost his own life had Katniss not realized the water healed them. He steps up for the group, helping and defending them, even when he’s probably struggling with grief for Mags. Katniss nearly shoots him and he still tries to save her. Afterwards, he finds out that the love of his life and some of his good friends have been taken hostage. He struggles through this too. Throughout all of this, he remains a good friend to Katniss. Probably one of the greatest friends she had at that point, if not the best. He’s reunited with Annie, hooray, we finally see him happy. They get married. They have a child on the way. Finnick might finally have a shot at happiness… Nope. Once again, being the amazing man that he is, he goes on a mission and risks his life for his friends, even when he could stay with his wife and be happy for once. He ends up sacrificing himself, dying one of the most brutal deaths and in unimaginable pain and terror. Finnick was just hurt and used so much. Yet he still kept his head high and always had everyone’s best interests at heart. Always prioritized other’s safety and happiness over his own, even if they were a complete stranger to him. Finnick’s character was basically the definition of selflessness. He didn’t deserve a single thing he went through. He was such a sweetheart, I don’t like to think of how much he suffered in the end, or how poor Annie reacted to his death. She deserved better too. Anyways that’s my take! Hi, I found out that my Wordpress docker container allocates a lot of memory. (in its cache)
It drops when I reboot the VM but afterwards just increases again slowly:

It doesnt use this memory though, when I look at the Used memory graph.
Can I do anything about this?

Hi everybody,
I have a friend from Brunei who is a Stateless PR. They hold a certificate of identity, and are married to their partner who is Thai.
Recently they told me the government there is imposing mandatory insurance laws for any persons who aren’t citizens, and so financially this will burn a hole in the lives of many.
Following this, they have asked for my help in looking for an exit opportunity. Under Thai law they are not eligible for citizenship, and all assets they own in Thailand are under their Thai partners’ name.
I want to help, but I don’t know where to begin - so I kindly ask for any advice on this.
