Bonjour,
Supposons que le locataire ignore le courrier recommandé, refuse de répondre à la porte, et n'ouvre pas ses courriels, comment faut-il s'y prendre pour prouver sa mauvaise foi au TAL?
Même l'option de l'huissier, beaucoup plus coûteuse, pourrait être court-circuité par ces manoeuvres.

2025.01.24 11:22 lilah22379 [US-CA] My landlord took $700 of my $1000 security deposit for "normal wear and tear" and is now ghosting me.
I lived in my apartment in West Hollywood for exactly 1 year. When I moved out, I left the place PRISTINE (took photos of everything). 2 weeks later, I get a check in the mail for only $300 of my $1000 security deposit with charges being taken out for routine cleaning and painting that are NOT mentioned in my lease. I asked my landlord for receipts of the maintenance costs as the cost taken out of my deposit exceeds $125, and according to California law, if this is the case, I am allowed to ask for receipts of the costs. My landlord replied with the following email (pictured) and no receipts. None of what he is saying here is mentioned in my lease. I was also denied the opportunity to have a pre-move-out inspection as he never gave me the paperwork despite me asking multiple times for it after giving my 30 day notice. I replied to him stating this and he has ghosted me. What should I do?

2025.01.24 11:22 Hyan-Daggreat Had a mental breakdown and cried for 2+ hours. First time I cried in 5 years
I was laying in bed venting to my wife because life has been mad stressful lately. Been having panic attacks a lot the past month and I started having one in bed. She noticed, gave me a hug, and just said it's okay to cry and I had a real proper breakdown. I'm talking crying and screaming into the pillow. Full on sobbing. I didn't realize how much I was holding in because once the tears started they wouldn't stop. I say all that to say that I'm happy I could finally cry though I had been trying to do so for so long and now it feels like a big weight is off my chest. To anyone that's ashamed of crying, just let it out man. There's nothing wrong with crying and you'll feel so much better. You don't want to be like me having chest pains cause you're so stressed. Let it out so you can build yourself back up better. Thanks for listening

So, today i found my old PSP and since i never discovered MH when i was a child i downloaded freedom unite and tried it, my first title were MH World and Iceborn and i have around 300h so i wanted to see where this amazing game came from, and how was in the begining of the franchise and first things first, the controls ar bad, i mean, they are as good as you could get with the device since it only had one joystick, but im pretty impressed that the game even works in the psp, i've played not to much but since i liked the game i tried generations ultimate since as far as i know, it still have the "old game" feel but controls are better and i've loved it so far, its pretty hard and i think i still have to get use to the longer animations and the drinking potions without moving, but i think that with enought time could become one of my favourites games, so far im gonna keep laying and keep trying to be better

I been seeing some video talking about wuthering waves power creep make me wonder how many characters can this game have?
Right now, including the upcoming elementals de-buff roles, the game will have 31 total combat roles. And character usually have about 1 to 5 roles (1 role like Chixa and 5 roles like Yinlin). When kuro assigning roles to character, they have to have some rule when doing so or we will end up with character that can buff multiple elements or de-buff multiple elements or buff multiple dmg type.
I did some calculation (my math isn't good), I end up with number close to over 220k character ,meaning it would take over 220k other character before we can have 2 characters that have the same roles and same amount of roles as each other.
Any math genius want to help me out?

Buongiorno a tutti,
vi scrivo perchè mi trovo in una situazione un po' particolare per cui un parere esperto potrebbe aiutarmi a vivere la situazione un po' più serenamente.
Lavoro attualmente in Italia per un'azienda di cui non farò il nome. L'anno scorso avevo ricevuto una buona proposta di lavoro per cui avevo deciso di dare le dimissioni ma mi è sttato proposto un patto di retention. In pratica, per farla beve, il patto contempla un importo una tantum e diversi scaglioni di aumento RAL nell'arco di 3 anni (non ho ancora ricevuto alcun aumento in RAL, solo la una tantum).
Adesso sono parecchie settimane che non sono soddisfatto del lavoro in azienda, che le promesse fatte in fase di accordo di retention non si sono realizzate e anche i progetti per cui avevo deciso di rimanere, che erano di mio interessa, non sono andati avanti, e in concomitanza ho avuto la possibilità di negoziare con una grande azienda internazionale con sede in Giappone che ha tutte le intenzioni di assumermi.
A questo punto la mia domanda è: la penale che dovrei pagare in caso di dimissioni volontarie, che non è specificata nel patto di retention, sarà pari alla una tantum che ho ottenuto in sede di firma del patto stesso oppure essa sarà proporzionale alla durata rimanente? Sono trascorsi 8 mesi e il patto di stabilità ha una durata complessiva di 36 mesi.
Inoltre, visto che la una tantum io l'ho percepita tassata (al 50% circa) come funziona nel caso in cui dovessi restituire l'intero importo? So bene che all'azienda devo restituire l'importo lordo ma la mia perdita verrà poi sanata dalla dichiarazione dei redditi del prossimo anno?
