recently received a weighted blanket as a gift. My cat loves laying on top of it and kneading. It's filled with glass beads, and today I saw a few on the blanket surface. She doesn't lick, bite or go under the blanket, she just likes to curl up on top of it and knead it. Could doing that cause her any harm?

A user named SSL Dragon, dated December 10, 2024, claimed to be selling 165 GB of data allegedly sourced from OPPO devices. The data reportedly includes 22 million records of user personal information, backend system (HR system) data, and more, with a listed price of $20,000.

hey! i am a first time dance teacher, i started teaching recently and i love it so much. the only factor that isnt so lovely is the pay.
i get paid $20/hr, not including prep, choreography, or time outside of class. I typically arrive 30 minutes early to prepare (though, as you guys must already know, i also prepare hours per week to create curriculum). i have choreographed over 5 pieces since working at this studio (only a few months). i only make $40 per week, which is disheartening.
granted, i am 18 and this is my first dance job- i am so grateful for the experience and i love the work. what should i do? is this normal? should i apply to more studios soon and maybe work at two?

I work for a great company - good pay, excellent benefits, really like my team and I donāt want to leave. But in my role, I am under-utilised, bored, and I leave work most days feeling like I havenāt achieved anything. Unfortunately weāre having budget cuts, and arenāt getting much work coming in. I donāt see this changing any time soon as we arenāt forecast any projects for my role in 2025. I feel like Iām putting my career on hold working here.
Should I discuss my feelings with my manager? Say that Iām considering leaving as Iām unhappy? Or should I just start looking for new roles elsewhere?
Iām reluctant to start making threats at my current role and make it look like Iām throwing my toys out the pram if I donāt get more exciting work. I donāt want rumours spreading that Iām going to be leaving before Iāve even started looking for jobs.
