Hi all,
I’ve recently started training and have been enjoying it, but whenever I’m consistently training I feel a weird nagging pain on the inside of my left arm , the same position golfers elbow would be and sometimes I feel hand tingling when doing pro longed grip training , but I feel no pain when using elbow . For background it’s only on my left arm, I also have injured my left shoulder twice so maybe this could have something to do with ??
If anyone can provide any insight, help or ideas on how to fix this it will be much appreciated

I’d like to seek your advice, please. I’ve been taking PrEP for 6 days now, but earlier today, I had unprotected sex (fck me!!). The person I hooked up with mentioned that they’ve also been on PrEP for about a year but haven’t been taking it consistently.

I'm F22 and he's M25.. we are together for 7months and I noticed that he became more distant in physical affection, so he used to hugging, touching and kissing me more. But for the last two months he's not kissing me at all... I am the one who's initiating it and I feel so embarrassed for it, because back then it was different and I could see that I was attracting him so much, however, now I don't feel it anymore. With intimacy is the same thing, he's not initiating it at all (well once in a week and only in the morning before his work and then nothing...), and whenever I am trying to initiate it he's just saying that he's tired or not in the mood, HOWEVER:DD back then:DD we were doing it a lot and we were both initiating it and it used to be awesome. We were trying new things and tried different ways and stuff, so we were never bored. He's not even looking at me when I am naked or trying to do to him sexually (sorry for that:DD I am feeling so ashamed for this). Maybe you think that it's because of my weight, but I haven't gained weight or lost. He always gives me plenty of compliments and stuff but lately I can't take them seriously, because I see how he's different now and it's keeping me hurting. Of course I talked to him about that I noticed significant changes and asked him many many times if it's something wrong so he could tell me anything. I told him so many times that he can tell me if it's something with me (I told him as well that he can tell me something that he doesn't like about me or he's bored... basically anything that he might consider that it will hurt me), with him or with something else.. I reassured him a lot that I am here for him at any time and I'll be with him always no matter what... But he's keeping telling me that everything is good he's just not feeling it to have intimacy with me, but it will be better.. I asked him if he's stressed from work or depressed and etc, but he says just “little bit, however nothing serious.” For the past two months nothing changed and it keeps me hurting... He's kind and nice to me, but lack of physical affection and intimacy it's devastating for me…
For one day I tried not to initiate those stuff, and he was not trying to kiss me and anything like that… I feel embarrassed for posting this, but I don’t know what to do and I am wondering if you had this kind of situation and how you managed with this.

2025.01.24 13:21 Throw6345789away Ivabradine isn’t working well enough for tachycardia/POTS. Need to supplement it. But beta blockers and calcium channel blockers are off the list. What is left to try?
The max dose of Ivabradine reduces my heart rate significantly, but it remains highly tachycardic at rest and ‘remarkable’ in POTS episodes. My cardiologist has tried adding other medications to further reduce my heart rate, but we’re running out of options. Apparently this is unusual, even among longhaulers. If you’ve been here, any advice? I’m at a loss about what questions to ask or how to take an active role in my recovery.
I’m in the UK, so limited to what can be prescribed on the NHS.
- Nonselective beta blockers (eg propranolol): can’t take them because I have asthma
- Selective beta blockers: I couldn’t tolerate the drowsiness, as even on the lowest dose I was sleeping for 20 hours a day with vivid nightmares and sleep paralysis
- Calcium channel blockers: they lower my resting heart rate but not the spikes, so it exacerbated POTS symptoms and I was constantly blacking out

I want to code again. Never entered the industry, life took me somewhere else. ComSci graduate almost 2 decade ago. I can still code, I can still do C++, java and python. After years in my industry, hndi kona kinaya yung ugali ng mga kasama ko. Yung poor man mentality talaga napaka basura, sobrang sipsip, protect the company, protect the boss. Same company that took your passport, same company that isnt paying you OT. Now I am on a labour dispute with that company.
I am studying for the comptia network+ certification. Then ISA CAP associate certification after. What else after? Should I join a bootcamp? How is the IT industry? I have no idea how to do a script language. Is this the right start?
I am mechanical and electrical inclined.

If their working ceased to be, they would quite literally stop existing. But this last episode brought up something I had never even bothered to think about, through Dylan's outtie: what happens if you get fired after being severed?
Realistically, you now have a massive gap in your resume where you were effectively not working, you'll have to disclose that you underwent a procedure that most people find bizarre and unethical (abhorrent, even) or risk lying, your job skills have probably all gone out the window for god knows how long (presumably for most people a number of years). You're unhireable. In a way, Lumon has made outties slaves as well: wage slaves. They have no choice but to continue to work for Lumon, and no one else, because no one else will take them in.
Just adds another horrifying circle of hell to this torturous labyrinth we call Severance. God I love this show.
