Holy $&@“! I just finished Kim’s lower body and Kyle’s Total Body workouts in Week 3 of Perfect Strength and OMG these were my favorite workouts I’ve ever done, period!
I loved the workouts and jumps in Kim’s and after doing Kyle’s I went to run through a freaking wall!!
Wow. That was fun.
LIKE A BEAST!
(Odd bugs in the program though, half the workouts are not completing on my Apple TV and as you can see in the screenshots the workout titles are wrong).

I’m currently on day 32 no weed after being a daily user for years and years and on day 25 no nicotine. Having really strong urges today to smoke. It feels like it’s all been really easy so far but today is like I’m back to square one and thinking about it constantly. Normally I am really busy on weekends either working or playing football but this weekend I have neither and have no plans at all. I have also had some great news about my career this week and I’m on track to have an amazing year. I think the two combined mean I want the weed as a reward for my career going well and also having a weekend where I have no plans at all so my addict brain is telling me it’s the perfect weekend to just smoke up, chill and do nothing. I’m going to fight the urge though as it’s this sort of scenario that has ruined quit attempts before. I get complacent and think it’s just a one off and then I end up straight back to being addicted again. Weed started making me really depressed last year and I’ve felt like a different person since quitting so will stay strong and keep looking at the bigger picture. Thanks to everyone in the sub it really helps reading your stories and good luck to everyone on the journey to freedom!

Did this truck option disappear? Has anyone seen a 9.6kW Lariat in the states? Seems like Ford is only making them with 2.4kW now.
I was ready to pull the trigger on purchasing the truck, but after searching Ford’s website for a dealership with the 9.6kW option (now that 2024 Lariat’s don’t come with it standard) I could not find a single one in the Texas area (500 mile search radius). Are they just not making it anymore? I went to a dealer and they quoted me 4-6 months for ordering this option (and I might be out of luck if incentives go away when I take possession). Anyone seen a Lariat with 9.6kW anywhere in states?
I am fearful that by time I get 2024 order, the 2025 will be available and incentives will only be on 2025 trucks.

Hi everyone,
I am not sure where to start, but I recently have been thinking of a friend that I used to have in middle school. We would hangout a lot before but then I had to move to another city and we slowly stopped talking. We would still play video games together quite a bit, yet it was never really the same.
When I entered high school is when I stopped talking to him. We both had our friends from school and would even play game with them sometimes but it always felt weird (at least for me). I never brought up feeling weird but I just didn’t want to “ruin the mood.”
I would also consider my self more of an introvert. The friends that I do hangout with now are mainly people from work. When I am hanging out with them I already know what we are going to do so I am fine with it. But if I get asked to hang out which mainly is at night, I see it as something disruptive to my schedule, so I don’t. I have work at 5 A.M. making it hard to do things at night.
I do talk a lot to my friends from work but I have trouble talking with people that I haven’t seen for a couple of months to years. I mainly have a problem with starting conversations through text. That leads me to not reaching out. When I text to meet up with someone I feel as if I am putting in more effort. I know that is not always the case but it feels that way. If I see a message or phone call from someone I know I will respond right away. So I don’t like waiting for a response.
With this one friend that I have been thinking of. I want to reach out to him to hear how he has been and catch up. If everything goes well maybe we would be friends again but I am not sure. I don’t know what I should say to him first and would like some advice on how I should treat this interaction.
I was thinking of saying this: (Bob is a filler name I will use) Hi Bob, I know it has been a long time since we last talked. I have been thinking of reaching out and hearing what you have been up to. If you would you want to get lunch or dinner sometime and chat?
⬆️ Does that sound right? Should I change any wording? Is it too long?
I would appreciate the help with this. Thank you.
