Hi all, apologies for a long thread.
Right now I find myself at a little bit of an impasse. I have interviewed or are currently interviewing for internships for this summer. For context, I am a business major, going into my senior year next year. This will be my last internship before I graduate. I've been in college for actually 5 years due to adding stuff into my educational track, but the point being is that I've worked 3 internships now, one of those being a 7 month co-op.
I've been fortunate enough that all of my internships have been paid, and I want to share the details as it provides some context. I've always worked in Washington State or the State of Oregon, USA. The minimum wage is about 15-16 dollars in those states.
1st Internship - Supply Chain Intern at a smaller manufacturing company. I was paid 17.50/hr. I had an unmatched 401k, but no other benefits. I didn't even have enough in my account by the time I was done to keep my 401k and it was cashed out.
2nd Internship - Business Improvement intern at a very large aerospace company. Paid me 26.80/hr with no benefits. However, gave me a sizeable up-front relocation package. If I recall correctly I think it was about $7500 for 7 months of housing and relocation, which worked out as I was able to find cheap housing. I worked here for 7 months.
3rd Internship (most recent) - Business Program Management internship with another large aerospace company. I think it makes sense to illustrate it here, but this is with Boeing. Boeing, despite all the negative press, was a pretty solid internship for me. They had a great team and I worked with great people. Boeing gives their interns ***full benefits***, including paying for my summer courses. They gave me a very large relocation package of about $11500, and the pay was $24.50/hr. Furthermore, Boeing has a 11% (I think, it's really high) 401k match. I also received this as an intern.
So my problem is this: Currently, I have "accepted" another offer with a company that is in Minnesota, which honestly I'm not too invested in. It's a general business management internship with a farm animal feed brand (like, they make cattle feed products). The job would be in Minneapolis. The pay is 25.30/hr, with minimal benefits. They have a 3% 401k. Their relocation package is lacking. They will reimburse my relocation costs (mind you, I'm a college student...), and they will give $3000 for housing assistance, but that's after 2 weeks of working. So that means I will need to relocate and house myself without their support, and they'll basically reimburse me later. Not really convenient as, again, I am a (broke) college student. I have savings to afford it, I think, it just wouldn't be great. I sort of knew that if a better offer came along I would rescind this offer, but now the company is asking me to fill out a bio, give contact info over to managers, solidify start dates, etc. etc. They want me to really commit by the end of Jan, which I don't want to do that and then turn around and rescind. I already know that rescinding my acceptance now is shitty, doing it after making a commitment like that would be even worse.
I have interviews set up with other notable companies like HP & Dell, with other applications still being processed with other notable companies.
The other worst part is that I met a LOT of great interns at Boeing and I connected really well with them. Boeing, at least with my cohort, tried to target graduating seniors so they could convert their interns to full-time, so a lot of those interns graduated, and due to Boeing and their fallout (strike, etc.) most of them moved onto other companies. The issue is that there were a few other interns who wanted to return back again for next summer, alongside me, but it seems like they also have all found other better jobs. It's a little embarrassing, but admittedly I have not found a better job yet. Boeing just emailed me, and all the other interns, yesterday to see if we would be interested in coming back.
I liked working at Boeing, and I liked the coworkers I had there. They were good and educated people. Boeing has borderline excellent benefits, or at least that I have seen. I know the 401k match is one of the best in the industry. However, I am *extremely* hesitant to join the sinking ship of The Boeing Company. It's not like Boeing is going to go bankrupt, but if they have another tragic event, they will cut again, and it would make sense for them to cut an early career employee (like me), in a support role (like business).
So the TL:DR Do I return to a company in the same role that I did previously, for a business that has bleak career prospects, but a very lucrative offer? Or, do I wait to see if I can get a better offer (and let this one go)? Or, do I just commit to changing careers and getting more experience in an industry I've never worked in before (most likely with less pay, benefits, etc. etc.)?

So this is my first Reddit post, I’ve really appreciated the overwhelming puppy blue community. Thank you for making me feel slightly less insane.
So I’m a second year vet student, I worked in an ER prior to starting school and it gave me so much exposure, which was great until I got my own dog and now it’s my own personal mental mayoclinic. I guess I assumed with my education I’d be really good at this?? Turns out I’m not
My 12 week old not so miniature dachshund puppy is in mania havoc chaos mode and I feel like nothing I’m doing is helping. Im just thanking myself I didn’t go for the large working dog breed I wanted bc rn I can barely handle the 3 hotdog.
** we had 3 growing up and they were the most perfectly behaved little men but didn’t do any of the classic doggie things they just wanted to stroll and nap so this is my first time training training **
Basically we moved a lot during the first week which I don’t think helps his general baseline anxiety. Ive only had him for 3 weeks and he’s doing all the regular puppy antics which is fine and we’re working on it. The biggest things I’m trying to work on is his EXTREME separation anxiety and showing early signs of reactivity. On our very first walk a big off-leash GSD puppy ran him over and started batting him around so I swooped him and pick him up( still love Shepards, this was an owner faux pas I think as he had zero recall). Anyways now he’s terrified of all dogs and barks a bunch if he’s on the ground and sees them (not if I’m holding him tho). He’s only had one puppy play date where he had a lot of fun but also a mini dachshund and we’ve not been able to see her since :((
He’s now so skittish and scared and anxious and I feel like everything I’m doing perpetuates it. Know that dachshunds are prone to reactivity and want to know what I can do to ease his anxiety and prevent him from being an intolerable yapper. I’m not expecting him to not bark ever just to help him feel confident and comfortable around other ppl and pups.
He’s been barking a ton at my parents as well despite him seeing them everyday. I tell people to not grab him and let him come to them but people still do it 🙃
We’ve been working on our “leave it” “come” “sit” “stay” commands but when he gets into fight or flight all the training goes out the window (he’s also so baby still so not really holding any of this against him just want tips and tricks on how to work on him listening to me and not overusing commands). I was told food motivated reactivity training isn’t great for long term success.
How do I socialise my puppy in a positive way without babying him but also not pushing him too much?

My dad gifted me a car for my 17th birthday and put both of our names on the title. Mine is listed first, but there is an AND between our names on the title. I don’t actually have the title in my possession and am looking to get a duplicate. In doing so - is there any way to get his name taken off without him signing off on it? For context, he’s been incarcerated since I was 21. I’m almost 25 now and haven’t had contact with him but I know some of my extended family still keep in touch and I’m on OK terms with them. Is it worth reaching out and seeing if he can sign something? Do I need him to really sign or could I get his name taken off since my name is listed first?
TIA. I really need a new car but I want to properly sell this one.

Or at the very least, hardly with investing in. It can only be done once per enemy per combat, whereas other sources of fear like intimidating strike. Are there ways around demoralize's time and target limitations? Am I underestimating it's value in terms of action economy? I'm trying to learn and see if I'm missing anything, I'm not just here to complain.

Im in South Africa and I've been wanting to do the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers Courses (ICB) however they no longer fall on the NQF Framework. Does this mean accreditation will no longer be given, and that employers will no longer look for anyone who has these certifications?
What course should I rather do instead, as I am looking for something flexible, not too difficult as well.
I have looked at AT(SA) courses from SAICA however Im not sure if thats the best route to go
I have also looked at Higher Certificates in Accounting from various universities
I have 10 years of experience in finance - bookkeeping, accounts payable and accounting clerk positions
I'd be grateful for any advice given
