As a Canadian I gave in and ordered a whole bunch of polish for black Friday and it finally arrived! Couldn't stop staring at it at while at the gym this morning.
Also testing Nina Poole's stick on nail trick and seeing its lasting power with my high nail contact life (weight lifting, pole dancing and ADHD)

My dad gifted me a car for my 17th birthday and put both of our names on the title. Mine is listed first, but there is an AND between our names on the title. I don’t actually have the title in my possession and am looking to get a duplicate. In doing so - is there any way to get his name taken off without him signing off on it? For context, he’s been incarcerated since I was 21. I’m almost 25 now and haven’t had contact with him but I know some of my extended family still keep in touch and I’m on OK terms with them. Is it worth reaching out and seeing if he can sign something? Do I need him to really sign or could I get his name taken off since my name is listed first?
TIA. I really need a new car but I want to properly sell this one.

Or at the very least, hardly with investing in. It can only be done once per enemy per combat, whereas other sources of fear like intimidating strike. Are there ways around demoralize's time and target limitations? Am I underestimating it's value in terms of action economy? I'm trying to learn and see if I'm missing anything, I'm not just here to complain.

Im in South Africa and I've been wanting to do the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers Courses (ICB) however they no longer fall on the NQF Framework. Does this mean accreditation will no longer be given, and that employers will no longer look for anyone who has these certifications?
What course should I rather do instead, as I am looking for something flexible, not too difficult as well.
I have looked at AT(SA) courses from SAICA however Im not sure if thats the best route to go
I have also looked at Higher Certificates in Accounting from various universities
I have 10 years of experience in finance - bookkeeping, accounts payable and accounting clerk positions
I'd be grateful for any advice given

Hey guys. I sell garage doors and was at a sales call when the guy (older gentleman) showed me this. It was his grandsons and he bought it from him to bail him out.
Anyway it's an 02. 110k miles. Runs good. What worries me is he said the engine was swapped with a "high performance celica" engine. It's got brand new tires too.
He said he would take 10k. Any advice or thoughts? I know nothing about the mr2.

 | My 5 gallon walstad tank has been going strong for about 4 months. Green hair algae has started taking over in the past month or so. Water parameters are good (0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, ~5ppm nitrate). Shrimp and snails are happily proliferating (red cherries and mts). The light is 14W at 60% intensity on a 4-2-4 cycle. I have an air stone that comes on for 30 minutes 3x per day to keep the water oxygenated. I have been removing algae as much as possible but it is definitely trying to take over. My plants are robust and I do 30% water changes every 2 weeks. Nitrates are never above 5ppm. Do I need to reduce light further? It already seems like barely any light gets through all the floaters.
