So I am using a book called "Japanese folktales for language learners" and in this book they give the reader the word "親鼠たち" if I have understood it correctly the fist symbol is the word for parents and the second symbol is mouse. It the "...たち" that I am having trouble with as I can't seem to find an exact translation.
So the question I am asking is what function in Japanese writing do those symbols hold?

As I said, I saw the big discount to finally be able to get some friends to play one of my favorite games together.
But it seems like the Definitive Edition and the Endless Universe edition dont even show! It even was the deal I used to be able to buy it in the past; id love to know if it is actually intended by steam, or perhaps an error, and if you guys have any ideas.

2025.01.24 17:31 Minute-Light3970 Is it possible for Patches questline to be soft locked?
So yeah, planning on continuing the shrine of storms right now and found out that patches can be found somewhere in 4-2. I already defeated the adjudicator and according to some info patches would move from the nexus to 4-2. The thing is, patches has always remained in the same place. In world 2 where that bug enemy is. Now, I did kill that thing and fall for his trap but he obviously didn’t move it the nexus. I used a spell to take out the enemy and it did hit patches which caused him to aggro. I did absolve things with him but his dialogue has remained the same. Is there a chance he could be soft loved or if I just messed up his questline? Or is it just a matter of tendency?

2025.01.24 17:31 Educational_Ad4930 Apex running at the same fps on both high and low settings
Hi guys, after a long break I started playing apex again. I get really bad frame fluctuation, it goes from 50-90 fps, which is pretty unplayable when you are facing enemies. Not all the time, it really depends on the map/location I am playing. Thing is this is on high. When I switch my graphics to low (even a lower rez) I get the same framerate, no improvement at all, which is really weird to me. I have an I5 11320H and an RTX 3050 4GB mobile because I own a laptop (I cant wait to upgrade istg) but it does the job in most of the games I play. Has anyone experienced this? Its really annoying, I expected to have more fps on lower settings, but they are the same, which I believe could be a software issue. Any advice/fix is welcome.

I watched at least 3 interviews of Kushi and Junaid last night before going to sleep and let me just say beyond him being socially awkward they have such a great chemistry together. I'm really looking forward to watching their film. I'm rooting for both of them and Junaid makes her look good and he is so endearing beyond words. I'm low-key rooting for them and wish Kushi was single because in an alternate universe they be good for each other.
They could be the next Alia and Ranbir but better and they're both introverts so. Haha. I wish their PR teams were taking notes if they have any. Hi all! I (25) am currently an accountant at a small-to-medium business where I work remotely. The pay is quite good ($60k), especially for my location and experience (I have a bachelor's in a social science field, and ~4 years of experience in AP/Abookkeeping, in a low-wage, high COL area). Finance/accounting was something I just fell into, and I have no great love for it, but it's a job that I find decent and straightforward.
My main issues with my company are ethical - the actual business itself is something I don't support, and they have ties and contracts with other businesses that I have serious ethical concerns about. I have flirted with the idea of going back to school for a master's in my BA major but the work is scarce, low paying and would take me out of state and away from my family. I want to pivot to environmental conservation work, but getting in from the ground up would require either a huge cut to my wages, probably $20k/yearly cut, OR a Master's degree in the field.
I'd love to see if anyone else out here has experience with this - changing careers to something more hands on and fulfilling or staying in my field and working with organizations whose mission is more in alignment with my values? I don't want to fall into the 'needing a job to be 100% amazing and a calling' trap, but if anyone else has been in a similar position, I'd love to see if you were fulfilled by pivoting sector or if you're glad/wish you had taken the plunge of pivoting career-wise. 2025.01.24 17:31 Macguyver76 Coming back after 15 years, looking for a gut check on a new system.
Hey everyone, I just started a new position and am coming back to SW after 15 years of being away from it (not by choice either). Used Inventor a little bit but most of that time I was stuck using NX. Anyway, have the opportunity to start fresh with SW and am super excited about it.
However I was given an XPS with Intel UHD and Arc A370M GPUs and neither is fairing well. Just highlighting a plane to start a sketch I'm watching it draw the border for 3-4 seconds and small assemblies with less than 10 simple parts are downright painful. I've asked for a better system and looks like we are headed towards an Precision 3591 with an RTX 2000 ADA Gen, 8 GB GDDR6. By everything I've read here and looking at the SW certified cards this should be very capable of doing assemblies with up to 200 parts or so without an issue. Otherwise looks like I'll have a Ultra 9 Processor with 32GB of DDR5 RAM. I'm thinking I'm good with this setup but kind of wanted to get some confirmation from some of the experts here to make sure before its to late to change it. Thanks!

I’m using Corel draw on a Mac for the first time, and I can’t figure out how to move the color palette from the right side of the screen. I’m currently using the 15 day trial version. This might be my problem, since it does have limited functionality. I thought I’d go ahead and ask though in case I’m missing something. Are there any Mac users on here that can help? Thanks.

My lucid dreams always start from me being aware that I'm asleep in my bed and starting to feel the bodily sensations that people call vibrational state or whatever u might call it, then i try to just get up and always end up in lucid dreams that are so undivided that's it almost like I'm imaging dreams whilst awake or sometimes it's just me walking around my dimly lit house with an uneasy feeling some of the dreams feel very phisical but only my body feels real. Is this a normal lucid dream? I miss the old fun imaginative dreams i used to have. How do i make my dreams more vivid
